Quiet room, nice view around (10th floor), taste breakfast, friendly staff, reasonable price.

Its location. The sauna/swimming pool - although a bit small - are nice and with a nice view of the city.

I'm Club Carlson Gold. When I checked in, since I used Booking.com, they refused to honor my gold status. I could eventually understand about point restrictions, but not about possible upgrades and "special gold treatment". After complaining, they fixed it and staff was nice and friendly... Because of that, I slept in 2 different rooms: 1) the standard which was deceiving - old beds, old mattress and 2 twin beds side by side instead of a large one. 2) the superior room: much better. Large bed, newer mattress, different pillows, big room. So if you go, try to get the superior room. Quite a difference.

As usual the excellent Serivce of Radisson's hotel at an excellent price (thanks to special offer I guess). It was as expected.

The bathrooms need refurbishment in order to be full in line with Radisson's Standard

The location was excellent and it was easy to find.

I was expecting something a little more up market but when we arrived it was a budget hotel with no little extras. Breakfast was even across the street.

The rooms are rather "old fashioned" and need to be refurbished. This is not the comfort level you would expect from a Radisson Blu.

Hotel is a little dated and could do with some updating.

Aamupala oli maittava ja henkilökunta avuliasta ja ystävällistä.

Hyvä sijainti ja aamiainen.

Huone oli siisti ja viihtyisä, aamupala oli todella hyvä

Etukäteen sovittu laskun jakaminen ei meinannut onnistua. Yksi virkailija sanoi, että valitettavasti ei ole mahdollista ja toisen kanssa se olikin mahdollista. Lopulta siis asia meni hyvin.

Aamiaistarjoilu oli erinomainen

Ei tullut mitään negatiivista eteen.

Vaivaton, joskin maksullinen autopaikka ikkunan alla. Aamiainen oli hyvä. Aamiaistarjoilijat olivat kivoja.

Respa ei vastannut puhelimeen "Hetkinen, ett ögonblick" jälkeen vaikka odotin 15 minuuttia.

Aamupala oli monipuolinen
