The hotel check in procedure was fast and efficient. We were both given better rooms than we were expecting. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and warm on a cold wet night! The restaurant and bar seemed to close extremely early - for those people arriving later in the evening it made dinner rushed and lonely. Breakfast was nowhere near as good as dinner - I was hugely disappointed with the quality of the food and drink on offer. Not up to the standard of other Scandinavian hotels I have stayed at. Also - I am slim and small and I found getting into the lavatory in my room almost impossible....In order to get into the lavatory I needed to leave the bathroom door open otherwise I couldn't get in or out of the loo! Crazy. |

Clean room. Comfortable to work and have the rest there. Nice breakfast. The possibility to park a car for free !!! (imagine! In helsinki center!!!) Cold sauna and absence of the pool (even amall one in the sauna). |

Restourant and breakfast. The room was very dirty (also if we had bussiness class room). Bad clean servise. Never refilled mini bar (coffe and tea).Radiotar was cold so the rooms were very cold. |

Perfectly comfortable bed, nice room, good price, rich breakfast. The receptionists do not manage to take care of all clients, sometimes you have to wait for 10-15min. To get response, check in or check out. There should be at least 3 of them but not 1, especially on fridays and saturdays. And some of "seaside rooms" appear to be not really seaside.. 0_O |

It is a very nice hotel. This is our second time there. I love the contemporary decoration: clean and neat. And the beds and pillows are great. Good breakfast. The first night we arrived very late. When booking we had request an extra bed for my 15 years old son, but there was none and the night clerk was no help at all. We had to sleeps the tree of us in two beds. |

The hotel was very close to the terminal D (ferry from Tallinn stops there). The staff there doesn't know much about the city, can't even recommand us any good restaurant. |
