Close to harbour, easy to find. Large room, kettle and other facilities are available
noisy , too many people at breakfast
Staff friendly, helpful, courteous, proactive, mines of information who went out of their way to look after us and make us feel welcome. Restaurant was great - very good menu and again, staff who looked after us. The rooms were great. The breakfasts were incredibly good. The location and facilities were great but to meet such nice people running it made our trip even more special.
It was all excellent.
The hotel is very well located. Just few tram stops from the centre and 10 minutes walking. The room was comfortable and well equipped. Great shower cabin and wonderful breakfast. The staff was really kind and immediately took care of our requests.
One of the mattress was a bit too soft. The other one was perfect. Wi-fi sometimes was a bit too slow and was frequently asking to log in.
It is a nice hotel for it's price, taking into account location and facilities. It is in 15 minute walk from central trainstation. Very nice restaurant, but little bit expensive. Good sauna. Clean and neat. Very friendly staff, strongly influenced my impression.
I would not say, that I didn't like it, but the building is old. It seems to be rebuilded and have a nice spirit, that I like, but the stay experience it's not the same as in brend new Radisson hotel. I now, that some people might be really disappointed. Still the quality of service, clearnes and facilities match the price and name Radisson.
Location is good,breakfast is rich.
Very small rooms and corridors.
Excellent staff, good location and nice price.
Breakfast was very nice, fitness center usefull and open till 23:00, kindly stuff, near to tram station.
but a bit far from city center You may choose other Radisson which located at city center, if you like night life. Too many rooms and you have to walk through long corridors with your big luggage.
Hotel is a bit dated and should benefit from some refurbishing.
The room was clean and some employees were very friendly and helpful
The sauna was a bit small, the breakfast was very crowded and it's about 15 min walk to the center
The staff is amazing and unparalleled!
The staff where very helpful and well informed.

The location of the hotel is great. Helsinki downtown is relatively small with a very good public transportation. Three day ticket (valid from the time you validate it)for the public transportation is eur 16, and you could go everywhere with a tram or bus. Trams 6 and 6t stop just in front of the hotel, and tram 9 stops just on the corner of it. It is only 3 tram stops to the ferry terminal, and several tram stops to the Railway Station (which is the center of downtown and where all trams and busses go, including the Finnair bus from the airport). If you come from the airport or with a ferry, there is no need to take a taxi. Breakfast was like in a 5 star hotel. Breakfast room is spacious. We chose a family room (30 m2) which is just eur 10 more expensive than the regular double room, and it was great. Clean, spacious bathroom, wc was separate; had a microwave, fridge, tea pot. Staff at the front desk was very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel, great value for what you get! Daniela, Sofia
The weather in Helsinki during the time we were there - rainy and windy(<:
No ac regulation in family room
Location is convenient to travel with tram stations near by. Facilities of hotel are very good. Breakfast is excellent!!
There is only one restaurant at the hotel and no supermarkets etc are nearby! You need to travel to the city centre for every thing you need.
Breakfast was good and the personnel polite. WiFi worked well.
The room was outdated and with a window straight to the street (I was on the first floor). The hallways look old and the carpets there are stained. The bathroom in the room was clean and spacious but felt a bit low class with the plastic shower curtain.
Breakfast was great
Bathrooms were sort of gross. They turned off hot water and we only stayed one night so that want great. Wouldn't rate this a four star hotel maybe a 2 - 3 maximum
nothing - maybe location
almost all, overpriced, worn old furniture, dark rooms, poor breakfast, overcrowded breakfast hall, expensive hotel´s parking never again!
Location and staff.
Drinks are expensive but thats the same throughout Helsinki.
Friendly staff. Very clean . Tram stop outside door to city centre. Ideal for ferry port - close enough to walk
Had no complaints
Nice city view from the room. Good location.
The room, elevators, corridors need renovation.
Great breakfast and bed in room! Very friendly staff, possibility to leave luggage at the reception desk for free.
Everything is excellent. Everytime I come to Helsinki I stay here. Thanks a lot to staff.
The rooms were spacious and clean. Service hand prices were good compared tot other hotels
I asked for a queen size bed but received two single beds
Price was good
