We were very pleased during our stay. The room was perfect and nice and the bathroom was brand new and had a great shower! We didn't like that we couldn't open the window entirely.

I have stayed here several times and find the location central and perfect for where I go. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room is practical and the breakfast excellent. Showers always leak into bathroom!

The location is just perfect, a short walk from railway station all shops, malls, etc. The bathroom was a bit old-stylish, but it was OK. The views from my room were not that fancy.

The hotel is in the centre of Helsinki, but at the same time it is in a quiet area. It is comfortable and has a cosy atmosphere. The breakfast buffet has a good choice. Good value for money.

while booking the hotel, we have asked a room from the photo on the hotel's site (beautiful light brown room on the 5th floor). And we got it! Thanks to the hostess of the hotel, it was exellent and very personal. everything was perfect! we travel a lot & this hotel was one of the best.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, superior room was comfortable, perfect location, though for such a small city as Helsinki location is not that vital. Good value for money if you have a discount, otherwise it could turn a bit costly. No restaurant inside, but there are plenty of cafes/restaurants nearby.

Very good location, nice staff, good tasty breakfast, comfortable room Limited free Internet downstairs only and very expensive per 24 h (it would be just great to have it free at least in the hotel hall, not saying about the room :)); Impossible to reserve a free car place;

Perfect location, right in the center but outside the noise and confusion. A few meters from the Linda Line ferries to Tallin and from market square The bathroom was below the standards of the four star hotel

“The fact that the hotel is an ex prison and there are still features of its past was a draw to choosing the hotel, it's certainly something different! The location whilst out of what you would describe the city centre didn't really matter in the end as the tram stop is right outside. All staff I approached were very helpful and pleasant.
