I liked the service ant relationship of personnel of the hotel. For example we cmae at 1st of Januarz and every shop was closed when my husband asked to give use some food as sandwichiches, they cooked it without any words and saked to pay money later. It's very close, quite and goo place for having a rest

In the bathroom the shower cabin is not very good and after taking shower is always a lot of water in the floor.

The hotel is absolutely perfect! That was our second stay here. It's very nice and cosy. Breakfasts are delicious. There is a variety of cheeses and meat. There is fish, fruit, vegetables, bakery, hot meals, tea, coffee. I guess no one will be hungry after such breakfast. During the day tea, coffee, fruit and cookies are available in the lobby of the hotel. There was a kettle in the room which also was quite helpful. The location of the hotel is great - in the city centre, but in a quiet street. Next to the hotel there is a supermarket that works 7 days a week. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Room, shower, no gel at shower. Very noisy. The light at the room didn't swiched off. Bed was very uncomfortable. I would never recommend anybody to stay here

I staed in this hotel only two days but i can say that everythink is good and in the next time i would like to go again in that hotel. The room is clean, calm and warm have a bathroom accessoriesy. The reception every time is work. In lobby every time had a coffe and fresh fruit. Every thing is good and comfortable. Staff is freandly.

Excellent location for the centre - important as there were huge amounts of snow but it was easy to walk everywhere! Tidy and cosy room. Fantastic breakfast.
