Fantastic location, super friendly staff, nice breakfast, homely touch - will choose it again for my next Helsinki stay.
Everything was perfect. I would definitely come back.
The hotel is very conveniently located for someone who only stays in Helsinki only for a weekend. Train station is within 12 minutes walking distance, shops, restaurants and best city highlights are all close too. Staff behaves perfectly: they are probably not very chatty, but they're really helpful when you need it. We were checked in 3,5 hours before official check in time, and when we were leaving at 5 AM in the morning, they at least prepared cereals, coffee and juice for us. Room was not very big, but double bad was huge and very comfortable. Shower is not just a hole near the toilet, but a niche separated with a glass door from the rest of the bathroom. Breakfast was great, very diverse and included the most important dishes: oats porridge, scrambled eggs, yoghurt, fruits. Perfect.
The view is at internal courtyard probably can be a little dull if your room is on 1st or 2nd floor. We leaved on 4th floor and overlooked the rooftops from our window.

Location Friendly staff
Location is perfect to explore the best of Helsinki - right in the middle of it, everything is 15-20 min away. The hotel is generally quiet, as it's placed in the 2nd row of buildings. Breakfast was really good, great selection of bread, jams and fruits but they do have the usual eggs, bacon, sausages and cold cuts + the traditional marinated herring.
Nothing to dislike, good value for money
Very very nice hotel - I always stay there when I come to Helsinki.
Easy to walk to the city centre. Very good breakfast. Quiet area.
Room was not very warm, bathroom pretty small. Charge for wifi.
Quiet Rom and an excellent brealfast
Very well localized, nice hotel, quiet place, amazing breakfast.
Little bit expensive
Pretty much everything
Probably the best hotel in Helsinki! Cosy and super clean room, hospitality staff, early check in, good price, location. I'll definitely stay again!
Quiet location. Well located. Close to the centre. Excellent breakfast. Wifi was included on my last visit.
Nice clean cosy hotel with central location. Good variant to explore Helsinki at reasonable price.
Hotel is far over-hyped and overvalued. It does not deserve 4 starts. Small rooms and no view. Hotel hidden policies, not printed, not in web, not shown in the hotel. Be prepared for unpleasant surprises. Breakfast buffet is not really a buffet, just a few items. Not at all 4 stars and Scandinavian style.
nice rooms , good minibar, good cold buffet breakfast with smoked salmon ham etc
straight after booking the online room price dropped ~25%
Very small rooms
We had just one day to explore Helsinki and found that this hotel was in the perfect location - central but quiet; the breakfast was great; and the staff were happy to give us advice and welcome us back to the lobby throughout the day to warm up, have tea/coffee, and get directions to our next destination.
Good location. Many contemporary restaurants could be found nearby. Good for sightseeing and shopping.
Staff are somewhat businesslike than friendly.
Location is superb, all the main Helsinki sights (Cathedral, Harbour, Esplanade) are just a few minutes walk from the hotel, as is the main train station and the Forum shops. Breakfast was excellent and staff were very helpful.
My room was a little dark, it could do with better lighting.
Location: central but quiet Breakfasts
Had to pay for wifi
Matras was bad
friendly staff, large breakfast buffet, only a stone's throw away from the dome and the Ferry-habour

Personels were helpful and gentle. This small hotel was very close to the city centre, port, bus station and shopping. Room and bath were clean and comfortable. Food options low but high quality (bread, ham, cheese etc.) and adequate in breakfast.
Room temperature was around 22 C. It's Ok but can'nt be increased. Bed quality was very low in my room for that cost (It was too soft and had a very thin sponge over springs). Even so, it was a good hotel. Thank you:)
