Сотрдник гостиницы отказался предоствить другой коттедж, так как нас не устроил предложенный. Пришлось обращаться за помощью на BOOKING.COM. Приехала хозяйка гостиницы и ситуация разрешилась. Спасибо BOOKING.COM!!!!

Le chalet était très confortable. le cadre très agréable; Il faut rappeler aux utilisateurs français que ces hotels chalet font payer en plus les draps et les serviettes (10€ par personne); si possible les amener avec soi. Dommage qu'en été les petits dej et les diners ne soient pas servis. Mais on peut cuisiner dans le chalet

останавливались уже второй раз. в этот раз поселили в более меньшем коттедже, но было намного уютнее. в первый день были проблемы с пожарной сигнализацией, потому что закрывали заслонку камина. оказывается именно в этом коттедже этого делать нельзя. потом нашли и отзывы соотечественников в книге отзывов с предупреждением об этом. в целом все понравилось, ожидания от отдыха оправдались. нет русских тв каналов. на ресепшен надо звонить заранее, предупреждать о приезде, в какое время подъедем. это не всегда возможно, особенно если едешь с маленькими детьми.

отличный большой деревянный дом с приятным эргономичным интерьером. в коттедже есть все, что необходимо для комфортного проживания. персонала на территории Rukan Salonki Chalets нет, их надо искать по контактным телефонам. для людей плохо владеющих английским или финским языками это проблемно. эту особенность финских коттеджей надо учитывать и иметь с собой словарик/разговорник.

Wunderschön! Hier wären wir auch noch länger als nur die 2 Nächte geblieben. Empfehlenswerter Ausflug/Wanderung: Die kleine Bärenwanderung (12km - 5-6 Std.) im Oulanka-Nationalpark war trotz kühlem Wetter (12°) sehr schön/abwechslungsreich. Tipp: etwas zum Grillieren mitnehmen, es hat gute Feuerstellen.

Very relaxing area, cottages not too close to each other! Cottage had everything and more what we needed, gorgeous sauna and fireplace. Will definately try to return with some friends, would be a brilliant holiday base for large families as well. Warmly recommended!
