The garbage of guests who were staying before me was still there.

Automatic switching of the lights in the hallway was very inconvenient during a night.

loved the amount of space in the apartments, the balcony which the sun shone on in the afternoon, the welcome back of tea coffee and other essentials that were left for us, kitchen was really well stocked.

Slow and poor communication with staff, not operating facilties

This is the best appartment hotel that we've stayed at. Well designed spacious room with modern furniture and nice kitchen. The bed is very comfortable. We found all nessesary things, such as coffee-machine, toaster, iron, hair drier etc. Good location, near 10-15 minutes from the railwaystation. Good price for this facilities.

One of two radiators didn't work, that's why it was cold in the room. (We were at the end of March)

I liked the design of our flat, the colours, the furniture. Also i loved warm floor in the bathroom, it was a sheer pleasure to take showers. The location was perfect too)

There is nothing I didn't like

1. Nice and cosy interior; 2. Friendly and responsive staff; 3. Great location (close to Metro / Tram), many supermarkets around, no night clubs close to hotel (quiet!); 4. Free of charge sauna (clean and comfortable); 5. Reasonable cost per room

1. No possibility to put extra bed to an apartment; 2. Heating system worked not ideally (room A13), asked for portable oil heater to warm up the rooms; 3. Lack of russian channels on satillate;

Good location. Large clean apartment. Very well equipped. Good sauna (although twice a week is limiting). Good ket code for doors works well.

No communal area to meet other residents. No reception on weekends, had to ring for key code. No bag drop facility as room entry not until 4pm.

The presence of all household appliances.

The apartment was very cold. Heating is practically not working.

Hotel is comfortable for me and I will be going to live in this hotel visiting Helsinky next time. Thank you very mutch.

Greatest place we have discovered in Helsinki, from now one we will use just SATO appartments, they are super clean, spacious and cosy, and located in Kamppi in the middle of everything!

Det var ett fräscht nyrenoverat lägenhetshotell med alla bekvämligheter. Stora rum. . Mycket bra läge centralt. En lägenhet som vi kommer att boka igen nästa gång vi kommer till Helsingfors!

Отель расположен очень удобно, до центра несколько минут, до Камппи и всех его магазинов - минуты две, до трамвая и метро - тоже. Комнаты большие, приятный интерьер светлых оттенков. Есть всё, что нужно из бытовой техники, посуды. При заезде - комплимент от компании - кофе, чай, сахар, молоко, шампунь и даже таблетки для посудомойки. Всё для того, чтобы не беспокоиться о таких мелочах в первый день. Лифт действительно необычный, настоящий раритет, правда, всего на три человека.

Отсутствует шторка между душем и унитазом, хотя крючки для нее есть. Очень шумно кричали чайки за окном, а балкон пришлось держать открытым из-за того, что нет кондиционера.
