Sijainti hyvä. Myös toiseksi yöksi saamamme huone oli hyvä. Aamiaisella olisin kaivannut enemmän kasviksia ja myös vähärasvaista juustoa. Ensimmäiseksi yöksi meidät majoitettiin toisen kerroksen huoneeseen aivan välioven viereen. Puolen yön jälkeen alkoi ovi paukkua, kun nuoria meluavia miehiä valui huoneisiinsa. Yöuni jäi tietenkin huonoksi. Miksi ihmeessä ette välitä asiakkaistanne sen vertaa, että korjaisitte huonekerroksien ovet sellaisiksi, että ne eivät pauku???Aamulla valitimme asiasta ja saimme toisen huoneen uudelta puolelta kolmannesta kerroksesta. Huone oli rauhallinen. - Emme suosittele Maarianhaminaa siksi, että hotellien hinta-/laatusuhde on surkea eli kallista on, mutta taso on huono. Jos Ahvenanmaalle haluaa tulla, kannattaa vuokrata mökki.

Hyvä sijainti, rauhallinen huone mukavat huoneet hyvät sängyt ja kylpyhuone hyvä autopaikka Ei baari/jääkaappia aamiainen joka aamu samanlainen, liian tavanomainen ei huomioida turisteja, jotka viipyvät useamman yön olimme 4 yötä, kylpyhuoneen roskakoria ei tyhjennetty, lattioita ei imuroitu, lattia oli likainen vastaanotossa ei osattu palvella suomen kielellä

Vastaanoton tyttö oli oikein herttainen. Saunan kiuas on todella surkea ja kuiva. Ilmanvaihto saunassa kuntoon,ettei ulkomaalaiset saa täysin väärää kuvaa saunomisesta.

Personalens plexibilitet. Vi ett sällskap på 9 personer fick låna ett konferensrum för att kunna spela kort på kvällarna. Frukosten saknade bacon och det kallskurna var inte upplagt utan snarare uppslängt. 3min äggen var hårda och 5min äggen var ännu hårdare.

Ilmainen parkkipaikka,aamupala ok,hiljaista ja rauhallista. Kolkko,ei kovin laadukas tunnelma.Henkilökunnan melko vaatimaton suomenkielentaito.Hotellin opaskirjan puuttuminen.TV:n asetukset,ei suomenkielistä tekstitystä suomalaisilla kanavilla.TV:n kaukosäätimen paristot.Puutteellinen huoneen siivous,kahveja ei tuotu,eikä kuppeja vaihdettu joka aamuna.Pikku juttuja sinänsä,mutta turhan monta...
