Its location and convinienced.nice lake with park just opposite hotel.Walking distance to tram and city. Great and would come back again to this hotel in passing by Helsinki. Not forgetting the friendly staff and room cleaner. Good breakfast.

The restaurant food was good. The location is very convenient for the airport as the express bus stops right outside. This would be the only reason why I might stay there again.

The hotel decor is very "tired", it has a run down feel. Thre were odd musty smells on some of the corridors. The heating controls in the room did not work effectively - it was too hot. The bar food selection was poor.

I was travelling with my family all of whom were coming from different countries in Europe at different times so they made their own bookings for the sake of convenience. When I arrived I wanted to put all their charges on my account but I was told this was not possible. Reversing credit card charges is not difficult. Food in restaurant overpriced and service slow

It was too hot and too dry inside room,what caused bad sleep and resting time with little children...

Parking was closed. It was cold in the room.

Close to Finn air bus stop and tram stop is convenient for transports. Good for a day stay in Helsinki. Not too far from the central and on the way to central, some nice places to see and shop if you walk. Sauna and swimming pool are open for all of residence until late. I could enjoy them after I come back from sight seeing. Fridge was in the room. Good breakfast. ヘルシンキで1日滞在でしたが、雪の中でも荷物を運んで楽に移動できる距離にフィンエアーバスがあり、便利- でした。シティからも遠くなく、シティまで歩いていく途中でいくつか見るところやお店があってよかったです- 。 サウナとプールが遅くまで開いていたので観光から帰って十分楽しめました。 NHK放送が観れたので嬉しかったです。 冷蔵庫つきも地味に嬉しかったです。 朝食、おいしかったです。

The reception was under redecoration. A bit old but clean so acceptable. レセプションが改装中でした。 TVがブラウン管のものだったり、古かったですが綺麗なのでOK。

I didn't have full information about parking in Finland Hall. I couldn't know a value of parking for day.

I often stay in this hotel when in Helsinki,- good transport location, good breakfast, cozy.

There is renovation now goes on- so whole first floor is reorganized for renovation time

i like location of the hotel & facilities (gym ,swimming pool working mornings &evenings ). the staff is very nice &friendly ))

This hotel is very eco-friendly, and it's part of the Scandic group's ideology to make all the efforts to limit the environmental impact of their businesses (you can learn all about their program after loggin in their complementary wireless network). The hotel was well located near the main station, and it's connected to the station and the central area of Helsinki by a tram line right in front of the hotel. The buffet breakfast was very good and plentiful.

The hotel is a little old, and you can see it in the fixtures and the furniture. The room was quite small for the price.

Location close to the city centre, with the tram network stops outside the hotel as does the Airport bus.

Having stayed here a few times before, previous stays was very good, but this time was woken by interior building work in the corridor about 07:30hrs

Excellent location. Finnair airport shuttle bus drops you off right by hotel as well as pick up. Spacious rooms with great view. Close to sites. Breakfast was good as well.

The hotel is almost 50 years old and needs a renovation so much. Cutlery in the restaurant didn't seem to be clean. The breakfast was ok but nothing special. Wasn't worthy the money we payed

Location is good - not far from city centre, it takes about 10-15 min walk to get to the centre. The waterpool and sauna are very nice. The stuff is friendly. The room was very clean, big and lightly.

Breakfast is very nice. Sauna and swimmingpool has a good view to the city and well equiped.

Despite the temperature in the aircondition system was set at the max, it was still pretty cold at our room. We have complained to the hottel staff about freeze in our room, but they could not do anything about it. Room was quite cold all the time.
