The location is great, right in front of a beautiful park, close to public transporation (the tram stop was really close). And walking distance from museums and the city center. The staff never answered the telephone. It was a waste of time dialing 9 (operator) or calling the reception. You simply have no choice but going all the way downstairs in case you really need something from them |

swimming-pool is very good, breakfast is excellent we had to ask to change our room on arrival, because the first one was very small for two persons. however, the second room we were given was good. |

Everything was perfect. Especially we was very glad to visit sauna and swimming pool with a wonderful view on Helsinki. It was hard to fined a free table for breakfast, but really it didn't infuence on my hight oppinion about this hotel. |

reservation for a double room with extra bed but the room was so tiny it was almost impossible to install it ! after a naughty talk with a receptionist, another one offer for free an extra ... room ! |

Breakfast was sumptuous! It is misleading to advertise a gym in the hotel but not inform guests in advance that it costs 12 euros ($18) per day to use it. That is an outrageous fee, plus the day we were there it also closed at 6:00! |

Breakfast is damn rich! Clean cosy rooms, comfortable beds. Staff was very polite and helpfull. Sauna has a rich view to the park and far ahead, pleasent feature. a new hairdryer would be allright :) that one they have is really ridiculous |
