Parking is expensive, 26 EUR for 24 hours. We parked in the street free over night between 21-9.
Close to the opera Hall good breakfast and clean room recently renewed Good staff
Parking is expensive pillows not comfortable at all
Good breakfast, near to the center.
The pool was cold.....
Everything was perfect.
Shower doors could be changed, because after using it there were wet floors in the whole bathroom.
Got "upgraded" to a disabled room which was big, had big bathroom, park view and motorized beds. Liked it alot! Decor was nice, i like gray. Clean room. Quiet. Good walk to down town to shopping mall but not for older people. Wear good shoes! Nice walk though, nice buildings and sights on the way. Train station walkable distance away. Sauna was nice but only for the brave. Huge windows just by the shower so youre on display. Its on top floor though, helps a bit. Small since there were children with their moms at the same time (using the pool).
Not all channels on TV. Phone didnt work. No sauna openin hours in room and no restaurant menu either. Got stuck inside rotating doors in main entrance, it didnt recognise i was in it! Front desk didnt hear me knocking and didnt notice me, luckily another customer walked in. Lots of dust in bathroom air vent.
Nice hotel near of city centre! Near of the most special church of north Europe, "Temppeliaukionkirkko". Macic beautiful wiew from hotel sauna to city centre! Very good breakfast! Good restaurant for dinner! Helpfull staff! I´ll be back soon!
Location! Sauna and swimmmingpool New restaurant! Very kind personal!
Air conditioner system is working extremely loud at night with no option to switch it off
Location, clean, good breakfast, price ok
Good option for family stay
Swimming pool water not maintained, was stinky
Staff is welcoming, rooms are comfortables, hotel restaurant has a very good service too
room cleaning is not as it should be.. the guy forgot to take the toilet bag 2 times..
Location Breakfast Wifi
Though we booked for a family room for 2 Adults + 2 Kids,The allocated room was with just Double bed. Reception wanted to charge pretty high for early check in.
More cleanness is neccesary
The location, breakfast, friendly staff, super comfortable rooms!
We had a little issue with the booking. Kids were missing. The hotel stuff solved the issue with a 'no problem, sir' attitude. Awesome breakfast. Huge variety of food.
Rooms are being redesigned. Ours was new, but looked kinda sleek. It didn't feel comfortable somehow.
some staff were very helpful. the staff didn';t seem too interested in where we were going and how to get there. the staff,I felt seemed not to want to help us explore Helsinki.
the concierge was not very helpful. the restaurant staff could have been more courteous.
The location is close to olympic stadium and to downtown. Everything is in walking distance. Very (!) good work-out facility with access to a good gym (not the usual small hotel gyms, but a decent small gym with own clients). Good breakfast. Nice staff. Good Wifi. New nice restaurant.
Unfortunately I visited the hotel during renovation and a big sports event. That led to that the hotel was not up to handling the big amount of guests. Both, for check-in and breakfast were long queues. Check-in took more than one hour!!! I have been at the hotel previously and never experienced any problems, so I hope that this was just a one off problem due to the renovation. The new rooms and restaurant are definately a great improvement to earlier (pre-2014). So there is a great chance that this will be a great experience as soon as the renovation is ready. Until than, make sure that you don't visit during big sport events, otherwise it is a great hotel!
Unrenivated area of hotel I was in and building works etc to access
Good room, good shower and good breakfast.
The hotel was not fully finished. The sauna and swimming pool was not up and running
Builders were working in the hotel, creating a lot of noise and dust. Breakfast was shambolic, a poor buffet, not enough tables, cold plates (for hot food), very poor quality. The furnishings are cheap and nasty and everything is finished in 'grey', floors, walls and all furniture. A very depressing place to stay.
The new section of the hotel looked quite stylish and modern. Breakfast was quite good with a lot of options.
Design flaws in the bathroom where the floor would be drenched when using the shower since the screen didn't touch the floor. Also, no shelves in the rooms to put your clothes.
The central air-conditioning was so noisy that it was impossible to sleep, the staff couldn't do anything about it and I had to buy earplugs the next day.
Expensive, too hot inside
