The hotel is localted near to harboar Market place of Helsinki, location is good, a minutes to walk to central streat of Helsinki. Room does not have any hand soap and no hair wash balm - only body lotion, inspite of great price I paid for "Suite with sauna" thinking that it really has to be luxurious equiped. |

Nice and close to the city, good breakfast, but when its full there is nowhere to sit. Very comfortable beds. The adds gave the impression that it was facing the water, but its behind the shipping terminal and you cannot actually see the water, you need to walk down the street to see the water. I bit disappointing. |

The room was spacious, though views were restricted. Free internet and use of hotel computers was appreciated. Air conditioning in corridor, but not in room which was very hot at night because of a heatwave - a fan was supplied which helped somewhat) |

we spent two nights in the nice hotel. we had a suite with own sauna for two adults and 10 years old girl the room was perfect. two rooms of about 45 total sqm. the brekfast is good bt pretty crowded late in the morning. the hotel is situated just a fiew steps from the market square and the esplanade so everything is in a walking distance |

Great hotel, comfotable beds, playing/gaming facilities for children, location (close to the port and center). Big hotels are, as always, impersonal. They should do something about breakfast area when the hotel is fully booked. It is very difficult to find place to sit and have breakfast. |

The hotel is excellent. Nice rooms and a great location very close to Helsinki city centre, the market place and the harbour. Excellent and very friendly and professional staff. A minor thing: breakfast is a bit chaotic, but what can you expect - the hotel is immense! |

Restaurant is not prepared to serve hotel guests, if you want to have dinner you need to make reservation one day before, the same with breakfast, manager advice the best is to come for breakfast at 8.00 a.m. on Sunday. Reception personel is not prepared to give basic info for tourists like location of ferry to Tallin, Stockholm |
