Less than 5 minutes walk to the nearest tram station(tram no.4) and it take about 5 minutes ride to the centre. The room was clean and the hotel had a sauna we could use at free during our stay. We stayed this hotel for 3 nights but the breakfast were every day same. |

It was situated close enought to the city yet far enough away so as not to get the noise. The bathrooms could have been cleaner |

Attentive personel, good location, good breakfast. There were no separate soup and shampoo - only 3 in 1 bottle. Seems a bit strange for 4 star hotel. |

I love the fact that the hotel is designed to be environmental friendly. All the decoration in the room are by natural fiber, which is great of guests suffering from allergy like myself. I will definitely stay in a Scandic hotel in the future. I think the staff could provide a more personal service. They seems to be very cold and mechanical. |

The location and hospitalty and flexibilty among the staff. Rooms having a good standard. Due to the fact I do not like to have my breakfast in a kindergarten with children screaming and running around and therefore missed the possibilty to enjoy my breakfast |

very good location close to center, but not noisy. perfect to explore the city. nice atmosphere. comfortable rooms. compared to some other hotels quite cheap parking space...can be worth its weight in gold in helsinki. good variety at the breakfast buffet. long sauna opening times every morning and evening. missed a pool, especially when going to sauna. breakfast room was a little crowded, because it's a quite big hotel. bathroom looked a bit "cheap". |

good location. it is a very very big international hotel, much better for job meetings than for families or tourists..- taxis available outside hotel without call. no view of the sea. very crowded at breakfast. luggage store very busy and not secure. in my opinion it costs too much in spite of services. |

The accessability of everything Helsinki has to offer, it is in easy walking distance to all the shops, tourist attractions, the wonderful market and boat trips. The lateness of the room cleaning service, one day it wasn,t done by 15.30 and I said not to bother! I stayed there because my family were booked in, otherwise I would have been in a more up market hotel |

location in Katajanokka very close to Kauppatori. Take one of the hotel's bikes and go around Katajanokka. The buikding is a warehouse designed by one of the great esrly 20th century Finnish architects, and the architects who transformed it did wonderful job. Bathrooms cd have better fittings, given the category. Hotel was full therefore the breakfast room was overcrowded, and the staff, though very good, were too few. |
