Very good price, location and comfort. The breakfast is really excellent. There was some problem at the reception with finding my payment, I had to prove that I have paid at booking.com for both rooms we have used. Finally it was solved.

Erittäin hyvä sijainti. Elokuvateatteri samassa pihassa ja todella lyhyet matkat Oulun keskustaan suuriin kauppakeskuksiin. Monta hyvää ravintolaa aivan hotellin läheisyydessä ja erinomainen ravintola myös itse hotellissa suosittelen kokeilemaan. Hotellin omat aamiaiset olivat erittäin monipuoliset ja ravitsevat :) Kaikinpuolin Hieno hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Vaikka hotelli sijaitsee aivan keskustan tuntumassa ei likenteen äänet kuitenkaan häiritse :)

Ravintolasta sai hyvää ruokaa ja henkilökunnan käytös todella hyvä Hotellin huone oli liian kylmä, muutkin kursssillla olleet valittivat samaa. Itse jouduin nukkumaan vaatteet päällä. Huomasin huoneen kylmyyden vasta yöllä.Huoneiston peitteet mielestäni liian ohuet ja huonot. Ensi kerrlla osaan valitaa asiasta heti.

Все понравилось, претензий нет. Очень "замудренный" отель в плане технического оснащения, можно было бы попроще сделать. Дело в том, что в лифте можно подняться только при наличии карточки. Все автоматизировано, везде камеры. Не совсем понятная оплата парковки, особенно для тех, кто впервые с таким сталкивается

Minulla oli liikuntaesteisille varattu huone, koska liikun rullatuolilla. Huone oli toimiva ja liikkuminen hotellissa oli esteetöntä. Oulussa käydessäni aion yöpyä jatkossakin tässä hotellissa.
