Good neighborhood. Nice bathroom. We liked breakfasts so much.

It was chilly in the room although we tried to regulate the climat control. At the check out the staff promised to fix this issue.

Very easy to find 2 metro stops from the central station. Reception staff were very friendly. Facilities were very modern, and trendy. Breakfast was sumptuous; such a great variety. It was the first time I have been able to select my choice of fruit juice using a touchpad, quite amazing.

All of it was a great experience.

Great location, very hip place, the staff were lovely, and the breakfast was amazing. I will definitely recommend to any friends traveling to Helsinki.

Nice location, very quiet, but close to the center and to most of the attractions. Very unusual and stylish design, well above typical city hotel standard. Spacious room, very professional staff. Special attention to children: playground downstairs, small gifts at check-in. Breakfast is quite adequate. Most of facilities are brand new.

Lighting in a room was a bit puzzling

Hospitality and warmness of Scandic Passi

Everything was perfect - we had a superior room with my parents, and it was so spacious for the three of us! The design was so beautiful, and the room had all the necessary things, even the iron and scissors. The bathtub was something I've been dreaming about since a long time and I just loved the ones they have! The staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast was more like a dinner - after it we were not hungry for the whole day out in Helsinki!! 10/10

It was a little bit cold, but this is the major problem in Finland, I guess.

The hotel is really nice. We enjoyed the design, but somebody could consider it too gloomy due to black color in rooms and corridors. The breakfast was good with many options. Kid liked the idea to order a juice from IPad. :) Staff is friendly. Room was clean, bed and pillows very cosy. S-market is next building, market square and tram stop are just 50 meters away. Railway station is 10-15 minutes walking. Wi-Fi was quite fast. Hint: Free parking is not far, it's on another shore to the left of the bridge near the hotel, Sittavuorenranta street, 700 meters.

No sauna in the hotel, it's not typical and even srange for Finland. I would also appreciate a warm floor in the bathroom. Aircon/heater was not very effective, but not crucial, it wasn't cold. For kids is not enough toys in a kidroom. Minibar prices are too high, e.g. in Sokos is cheaper.

The reception staff was throughout our five night stay amazing, very friendly and welcoming and sorted out everything we needed help with!

The lack of a kettle in the room! For someone travelling with a small baby a kettle for heating up water for milk is essential, and even as a single traveller Ive always appreciated having an emergency ration of coffee within reach in my room! This of course was sorted as soon as I asked the lovely staff for a kettle but I do think that the rooms should be equipped with them to start with!

Scandic Paasi is newly renovated. The design and atmosphere was both entertaining and inviting. Every staff member I interacted with was genuinely kind and happy. The included breakfast was a real surprise... And I really enjoyed serving my own juice through the iPad interface.

We arrived late with a toddler and got checked in quickly. We got the kid to bed and my wife made a beeline to the bathtub. Unfortunately, it had not been cleaned. There as hair stuck to the sides, bottom, pretty much everywhere. There was also a ring around the tub where the water line had been during the last use of the bathtub. I walked down to the front desk and told them the situation. They were very apologetic, gave me a new room, and even offered me complimentary sparkling wine. Unfortunately, the new room suffered from the same problem as the first minus the ring around the tub. I didn't want to ask for yet another room, so I attempted to remove all the hair on my own for 15 minutes. Then I went and got my wife asking her to check and see if the new room was ok... I had failed and she found even more hair. It was late enough that we didn't have energy left to fight, so we just lived with it and my wife only took a shower. No bath for her was a disappointment to say the least. I attribute this to a lazy cleaning staff member. The hotel as a whole was very clean and well kept. It's unfortunate that these hairs got in the way of a perfect stay.

location/breakfast/desing

The Whole atmosphere of the hotel was very charming, room design was wonderful. Staff was very helpdful and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Location is perfect, just near to Airport bus station + 5 minutes walk to City center. Also its own location is quite nice.

Very quiet location a few minutes walk from Helsinki city center. Clean room, rich breakfast, very friendly personal.

Hotel has public parking area only with very limited overpriced space - common problem for the city of Helsinki. The personal isn't ready for fully booked hotel and you may have the delay in check-in if reaching hotel around 2 PM.

All is absolutely new and shiny. Pretty style of interiors. Excellent breakfast. Cosy room. Good air-condition system. Iron and iron desk. Excellent location.

Small room, small wardrobe and small mini bar fridge.

Modern ambient, comfortable bed, location - close to the center (15 min walking), many buses and trams are connecting it well with ferry, airport, center....

Prices of room mini-bar are too high

Very nice rooms and lobby, designed new, staff very kind. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel, I felt like on a "break" :)

the cold outside (so inside the hotel, everything was perfect, but outside, it was -14°C :))

Our stay was excellent. Ready access to the metro and the city.would have liked to view more rooms. We shall return.

Very friendly personnel. Not a typical Scandic outlook, very interesting. Good restaurants close.
