Room Decoration and breakfast spread was really good
Location and was disappointed that they lack the basic coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Coffee was chargeable from the lobby!
Very pleasant stuff, easy and convenient check-in, good free Wi-Fi and excellent breakfast!
Cleaning, bedclothes - not sure if they were changed before my arrival at all, few long wavy hairs were discovered on pillows.
The room is not large but of convenient dimension, everything is functional. The staff is very kind and helpful.
The heating was trick. In one way it works right, but at the same time ventilation (cool air) comes from the ceiling and was not able to turn it off although did what was expected in the temperatura and ventilation panel.
The breakfast was good, fresh fruits and bread. Great staff, they attended to our needs quickly and nicely. Good location. The sauna was excellent.
Very small trash bins, and no trash bin in the sleeping/kitchen area, but this is just a minor issue.
Good shopping option in walking distance
Dark interieur, small room, no sauna
The style of the hotel is nice.
The bed of the hotel was a disaster. You should ask for a king size bed, otherwise the give you very cheap beds. I had a problem with my credit card, but enough cash in swiss franks and usd. The stuff dont wanted to take my money. So I had to discuss for like 30 minutes untill they tooked my money. I almost missed my flight. So in fact I wouldnt book again. A 4 Star Hotel which serves international clients should be fine with common curencies.
Staff was very helpful. Only 15 mins walk from everything.
Ni hotel directions on the main road. Hotel is not visible as it is inside the street
Very helpful staff, excellent wifi, and easy check-in and out. Curious decor (in a good way!)
Near the busstop & metrostation. Bus 615 directly from and to the airport (very convienient!!) The hotel is just behind the McDonalds (easy to find). Staff is very nice. Room is ok and nice lobby. Breakfast also very good.
- Comfortable rooms (although a bit small) - Very good breakfast selection - Quiet location, within walking distance of city center (10-15 minutes) - Bus stop right next to hotel - Cool decoration - Nice staff
- A bit expensive, but that seems to be the case in Helsinki...
Everything from the cleanliness to the design of the hotel, as well as the great friendliness of stuff.
Cool decor. Spacious room. Sauna in the room. Very comfortable beds
Slow elevator. Had to wait quite a while especially during breakfast time.
We felt very well looked after. The breakfast buffet was amazing and we loved the fact that there was no plastic container to be seen. Everything was fresh, local and the range of food catered for all and everyone. The best breakfast buffet that we ever experienced. What a great start to the day.
We stayed in a junior suite and it was very large and comfortable, definitely worth the small increase in price over the standard room. It was very quiet as well. The staff were very pleasant and helped us to get around the city. Additionally, the breakfast was included in the room charge and it was truly outstanding both in quality and variety. The location was perfect as well since we had easy access to the tram, buses, and subway.
Staff! Fantastic helped out in a lost luggage situation.
Good breakfast, nice location close to the airport bus stop 620 and 615, very friendly staff, excellent organization of reception
Very modest decor, windows without opening option, beds that were not so comfortable (too soft)
Staff and location
Poor lighting in room decor cold and dark. Floor dirty
The decor and atmosphere of the Hotel was excellent. Breakfast was very well presented and substantial. The staff are very attentative and friendly.
My room was not cleaned properly on 2 days of my stay. It was not possible to order dinner in the Hotel at 9.30pm on a Sunday evening! The gym is very small. The elevator needs some remedial maintenence.
Very accommodating staff and great facilities. Interesting and quirky while maintaining comfort, cleanliness and service. We had an early arrival and were able to check straight into our rooms at 8am, including the excellent breakfast. Between 4 we had a standard double and a premium double - the premium was well worth the extra with loads more space, not to mention our own sauna!
Standard double room very small with little room for luggage etc.
THE BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT VERY RICH AND PLENTY OF SPACE FOR ALL THE COSTUNERS
THE ROOM WAS QUITE COLD DUE TO THE DEFAULT SET UP,
. Quirky decor .Friendly staff .Excellent breakfast .Very nice bistro at rear of hotel. . Extremely clean and comfortable
Staff was very friendly and they speak English very fluent and clear.
The location seems not to be soo convenient.
Friendly staff Near the tourist attractions
A bit expensive
Friendly staff (but don't go the extra mile); Lovely interior and design; Super breakfast; Central enough to walk to main sights, yet slightly off the 'tourist grid', which is good
The gym is tiny, not worth mentioning; Aircon can't be switched off; Luggage room is located in kids daycare in basement with no video camera, nor staff having any oversight of the people entering & leaving with luggage
I loved the stylish decor and well varied breakfast buffet, calm space and not overcrowded. The staff were immediately helpful with any questions.
Unfortunately there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room, I definitely would expect this in a 4 star Scandinavian hotel.
