Location - next to Lake Nasijärvi in a nice setting Avoid this place if you can - it is built with full glass walls like a greenhouse, but in sumemr the aircon in the rooms is switched off while the windows cannot be opened. You can imagine the result - hot and sticky rooms and no sleep all night even while outside temperatures are in the low 10s (celsius). An anouncement placed in the lift ("on the summertime temperature controller does not work...") asks guests to 'leave the curtains on so the sun will not be able to heat your room', which in practice does nothing to improve the situation. And adding insult to injury, the text tells guests that 'opening the window also mess up the airconditioning and room temperatures would rise' - how can that be if the aircon doesn't work in the first place, and outside air temperature is 15-20degrees lower than room temperature? Beds are small and worn, the 'restaurant' at breakfast time feels like an overcrowded canteen.... What a letdown. Stay somewhere else if you can.

Hotel is in a perfect place for those, who want to stay and enjoy fresh air, forest, be beside the water and be in the city area at the same time as it,s only few km away from it. When we got to the room we found the baby,s cot there................The action of the staff was not well co-ordinated, as we asked for a baby,s cot by phone, and when we arrived to the hotel, we were told, that there is nothing said about it and it,s too late to get one now, but at the same time the baby,s cot was there already......

Very nice location, close to lake and forest area. Hotel has nice rooms and good facilities. Good restaurant. The room was nice, but could have been cleaned better in bathroom. Smelled from the drain.

The hotel is situated in a nice area for enjoying the nature. We had the dog with us and it was perfect for taking long walks in the forrest. The hotel is quite large and not so cosy, but very clean and fresh.

Great service with a phenomenal breakfast included in the room rate. The location is in a truly beautiful natural setting. There is easy bus access to downtown Tampere just outside of the hotel.

Hotellin yleiset tilat ja huone olivat siistit. Aamupala oli monipuolinen. Hotellissa oli rauhallista. Vihreä, meluton ympäristö oli viihtyisä. Tampereen ydinkeskustaan on jonkin verran matkaa, mutta tämä asia näkyy tietysti jo varattaessa; ei ollut mikään varsinainen ongelma, kun olimme autolla liikkeellä.

ikkunasta oli kauniit näköalat Pyhäjärvelle! Ilmanvaihtokanavista kuului television äänet todella isosti, kumpanakin aamuna heräsimme television ääneen. Matkamme yksi tavaoitteista oli univelkojen helpottuminen...

Lauantaiaamun kokki olo päättäänyt ettei töihin tule joten jäimme ilman aamupalaa. Aikataulumme oli niin tiukka ettemme voineet jäädä odottamaan. Saimme pari leivänpalaa, kurkkua, makkaraa, juustoa, kahvia ja mehua, sekä kuivia muroja. Henkilökunta teki parhaansa, siitä heille plussaa, mutta jonkinlainen varajärjestelmä pitäisi tuon luokkaisella hotellilla olla. Tästä jäi paha maku.

Saimme huoneet isolle porukalle samasta hotellista. Hotellin ympäristö on kaunis ja viihtyisä. Eräs porukastamme on majoittunut aiemminkin Pyynikin Rosendahlissa ja kehui kovasti sen sopivan porukallemme. äItini sairastui matkamme aikana, hotellin henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Suurkiitos siitä! Hotelli on siisti ja sen ympäristö on todella kaunista, olisipa vain ehtinyt kierrellä enemmän jalkapatikassa.

Rosendahl on hienossa miljöössä ja kauniissa maisemassa. Aamiaishuoneen avaruus ja tunnelma ovat hienot. Huone oli iso ja siisti. Emme tällä kertaa käyttäneet muita hotellin palveluita. Pyynnöstäni saimme siirrettyä huoneen luovutusaikaa tunnilla, tämä helpotti meitä. Palvelu jäi keskinkertaista huonommaksi. Itse asiassa olisi ollut sama,oliko henkilökuntaa vai ei. Asiakkaan huomioint, ystävällisyys ja palvelualttius oli tällä kertaa sen verran olematonta. Erityisesti petyin vastaanottohenkilökuntaan, jonka kaiken huomion vei uusi järjestelmä ja sen käyttämisen epävarmuus/osaamattomauus. Palvelun ystävällisyys ja henkilökohtaisuus jäi olemattomaksi. Huoneessa shampoo oli loppunut /ja soittaessani asiasta vastaanottoon, minulle ensin ehdotettiin että vastaanottovirkailijalla on nyt kiire ja jos hän toisi shampoota lisää sitten sen jälkeen. Sain itse ehdottaa, että hän toimittaisi puuttuvan shampoon kerrossiivouksen kautta. Tämän kokemuksen perusteella en suosittelisi, vaikka puitteet itsessään ovat hyvät. Onneksi minulla on myös hyviä kokemuksia hotellista, jonka perusteella voin suositella. Rosendahl kaipaisi ehkä isomman remontin jo pikkuhilljaa.

“Our stay in Homeland was a great and pleasant suprise! We had a booked a twin bed room that was all we needed for a few days there. It was clean and quiet, not to mention completely different (in a very nice and interesting way) from any other place I've stayed! The fact that you have to use the ferry, whole at fisrt seemed to be a trouble, proved out an easy thing to do and much better than taking a bus or a train to the city. The island is beautiful and even though most of the shops and museums there were closed at the time of the year that we happened to be there, a walk by the sea was a gift we were happy to receive.” Nasiadis, Athens |
