Very good restaurant, very pleasant hotel staff, very good location in the city. Too much dust under bed, sleepers are not available in the room. Sometimes we had is not clean towels (towel has a strange smell). |

Highly convenient for business and shopping. Best part is the fast, free, internet access! Hi tech ambiance. Excellent full breakfast! Lack of bathroom amenities. |

Breakfast was really nice, but not as good as the Helsinki Radisson BLU Royal where we stayed on a previous trip. The staff were all excellent. The thin top mattress of the twin singles could be taken off the bed and placed on the floor, ideal for young children (you can not do this at the Radisson BLU Royal). The shower in the standard room was a pull-out curved divider screen, so after using the shower you had to wipe dry the bathroom floor with a squeegy supplied in the bathroom. There was a lack of attention to detail in the cleaning. |

We had a shopping week end and it was positive to stay in the center of the city. The breakfast was crowded as the hotel was fully booked. Lower than average breakfast |

The hotel is great, very simple and comfort design, very clean and close to public transportations (train/bus/metro), the staff are really friendly and helpful. |

Central location. Room ok. Breakfast was poorly organised considering how many people eating and how many people working to clean tables etc. Not enough places to sit and personnel not eanough time to clean tables/dishes away. |

The rooms were nice and clean, very well equipped. Breakfast was good. The receptionist was misinformed about accessing the hotel from the mall. There was no parking at the hotel front and no staff helping, so big heavy luggage will be a problem. Parking was very expensive. |

Расположение замечательное, в центре, всё рядом. Очень дорогая автостоянка, причём достаточно трудно её найти сразу. В номере было плохо убрано, на журнальном столе крошки и следы от стаканов от предыдущих постояльцев. Фрукты на завтрак были несвежие. |

Huonepalvelu toimi hyvin ja oli miellyttävää, raitiovaunupysäkki oli oven edessä,huoneessa oli tilaa ja hyvät lukulamput, savuton kerros oli savuton Aamiaishuone oli sekava, ihmiset kulkivat ristiin rastiin, ulkopuolella oli ikkunan alla ravintola, josta kuului kahtena yönä todella kovaa huutoa. Ehkä on rauhallisia huoneita? |

Hyvä sijainti. Hienot kaupunkinäkymät. Vastaanotossa toivoisin virkailijoiden ottavan automaattisesti huomioon kanta-asiakasedut ja mahdolliset etukortit, esim. K-Plus ja Finnair. |

Huonevarustus kattava .Siisti ja hiljainen .Aamupala oli muuten ihan hyvä.,mutta gluteenittomiin leipiin voisi vähän satsata esim Vuohelan leipomolla hyviä tuotteita.Niitä voisi sitten lämmittää pakastimesta tarvittaessa. Kovat kananmunat liian koviksi keitettyjä. |

Minusta hotellin yleisilme oli siisti ja näytti uudelta. Sohvat kerroskäytävillä olivat kauniita punaisia. oli helppoa siirtyä sisävaatteilla shoppailemaan ja tavaroita voitiin välillä tuoda hotelli huoneeseen. Huoneen hurina valvotti yön meitä.Lapsi nukkui yön mutta heräsi aamulla kysyen samaa hurinaa mistä se on lähtöisin. Siitä olemme erittäin vihaisia ja emme kolmatta kertaa tule ko.hotelliin. |

Scandic Simonkenttä on todella hyvällä paikalla aivan Kampin keskuksen vieressä. Hotellilta lyhyt matka shoppailemaan ja kulkuyhteydet vieressä. Kaupunkilomaa varten aivan huippuluokkaa. |

Hyvä sijainti keskustassa, huone oli rauhallinen ja aamiainen monipuolinen ja maukas. Olin kokousmatkalla joten en ehtinyt käyttää hotellin muita palveluita. Huone vähän ahdas ja synkän oloinen. |
