very friendly staff, generous breakfast (so the in Scandinavia so common cranberry jam (Lygnon sylt in Swedish) was not offered), the room was fine and clean, the bathroom however could profit from a thorough cleaning (wood in the bathroom); earplugs could be a nice offer from the hotel as it can be fairly loud in this area of town |

Desk staff was helpful. Room service basic. Air-Condition by far too loud and was fixed only after several complaints. Shower head broke of and it was not fixed after 8 hours. Curtain came off the ceiling and room service just left it as it was. Used glasses in bathroom were not cleaned. |

Great location, within walking distance of the city center and the bus and train station. Nice rooms and great breakfast buffet. No coffee and thee making facilities or fridge. |

Central, clean, efficient staff, good breakfasts, pleasant design. The fact that it is impossible to turn off the air conditioning in the room and secondly that one couldn't open a window. |

very good central location, clean and nice room though I had booked the room well in advance, they could not give me the room with double bed. also, waiting time for breakfast was ca 10 min and they could not bring breakfast to the room. they were totally not able to serve when the hotel was full |

Good breakfast and really excellent location for young couples and business trips. Right in the heart of city. I have stayed in Scandic Simonkenttä more than once and it is always satisfing experience. somehow minibar was missing from the room. |

It has fantastic location in Helsinki! It's modern and very business- like, but at the same time it's really cozy and perfect for families. I do recommend this hotel to anybody who's traveling to Helsinki. I've been there during business trips and holidays alike and it felt like home every single time. |

Excellent location in the very center of Helsinki, just a couple of minutes walking from the central railway and bus stations. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Good breakfast (try strawberry soup :)). The shower drain was clogged, a lot of water on the bathroom floor while taking a shower (though they fixed it next day somehow without any request). |

The service is very good. Breakfast and evening restaurant are very good as well. Nice that it is gym in the hotel. Very nice situated for business and business trip. For long stay (two weeks or more) would be better to have the restaurant menu a bit varied. |
