A great location in the heart of the city and 5 minute’s walk from the train station and the bus stop for the Finnair bus to the airport which is the best way to travel to it.

The room cleanliness was not perfect on two days we stayed.

this hotel has not own parking. they proposed parking in the shop-center forum with discount (32 euros for day) but did not say it about it

Very helpful staff, comfortable bed and pillow, breakfast tasty and very well organised despite of peak time (Sunday 10.00)

Location was awesome - 5 min walk to the train station. Center of downtown. 10 min walk to the ports (ferries) and market place.

Expected the facilities (rooms in particular) to be more modern and renovated.

Something was spilled near one lift and no one bothered to clean it for a considerable amount of time.

Location was great. Close to train station and very close to Kamppi shopping mall. Best breakfast I have had so far in Helsinki hotels.

The location was excellent, the rooms were very comfortable, friendly and helpfull staff. Breakfast was very good.

Very good and friendly staff at the reception and restaurant, very good breakfast, also very good location in Helsinke centre. It was very easy to extend check-out time.

Room cleaning could be better (problem to speak in English with cleaning staff), no tea facility in the room. Iron board is too small and not convenient to use.

The ease with which you can shop in Hlesinki.

The fact that I had requested, through this booking.com, a room for smokers and with a queen bed, and we still had to ask - and with asking, we got a "smoking" room, but twins - must be the heterosexist assumption that 2 females cannot want to cuddle?

Great value for the money..boutiquey, considering it is a large hotel. Very clean, stylish and with a very excellent breakfast which was included in the price. Great central location, large windows with city view.

There was nothing that I didn't like about this hotel.

Stains in bedclothes, room near elevator -> constant "elevator is here" sound which was too loud, we needed earplugs to sleep comfortably.
