Friendly staff, good location on the main street and near the trainstation, good breakfast, big room The bathroom was rather small and only had a very small shower cabin. A bath would have been nice!

The room was comfortable and large. We had a view of the station which was great. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great (the best I have ever slept on!). The location was very convenient. The staff were friendly. Whilst convenient the location around the hotel is a little run down and seedy. The staff in the Piazza were very helpful, but the actual 'Piazza' is rather odd and didn't match the theme of the hotel.

The hotel was very comfortable when traveling with young children. We got an upgrade of room because the reservation system allowed us to book standard room even thought there is not enough room in standard room when traveling with two young kids.

Spending almost 15 years in international business environment and travelling across continentals, east and west side of the world - world city hotels are are ok but mostly worn out or boring. They are all the same. I prefer small unique hotels or accommondations where the service is more focused in quality in all than quantity.

Great location. Clean room and hotel. Very good breakfast! Kettle and tea in the room would be nice addition! Also few spare pillows would be nice since pillows in Finland are uselessly flat!

The location, which is very central. The receptionist didn't pay attention to us, when we checked in. We didn't get informed about where our room was located or where and when the breakfast would be served. I had to tell him my name twice, although I had just given him our reservation information on paper. I also had to ask him twice whether we could check out later than 12 o'clock the next day, because he didn't seem to be listening. Instead he was focusing on arguing with previous customers about a payment. The curtains and the bedspread were stained. I expected some quality for the price, so I was very disappointed on the outcome.

Todella lähellä keskustaa! Hotellin ravintolassa oli erinomainen valikoima ruokia ja juomia ja aamupala oli paras, mitä olen koskaan hotellissa ollessani syönyt. Ei tule mieleen mitään negatiivista.

Erityisesti siitä, miten henkilökunta eritoten vastaanotossa palveli ystävällisesti ja joustavasti ja heti. Tunsi olevansa tärkeä vieras. kiitos heille! Huone oli kulmahuone, jossa oli hieman viileää yhden majoittujan mielestä. Ravintolan siisteydessä olisi ollut hieman toivomisen varaa esim, murusia pöydällä ja sitten ruoka-annoksemme odottivat valmiina tarjoilijaa hieman liian kauan ja ruoka ei ollut kuumaa.

Hyvä siainti. Halusimme viihtyisän Bisness huoneen,sohvat nojatuolit ja pöytä yms.Huoneen verhot olivat järkyttävän likaiset isoja tahroja yms. Nojatuoli ja sohva oli likaisia tahroja täynnä.likaiset tahrat näkyi selvästi vaaleista kaluisteista.Huoneen likaisuuden vuoksi emme tule koskaan Tampereen Scandic City hotelliin.Emme suosittele myöskään Bisness ystäville.Hinta-laatu suhde arva sana / 0 /. Myöskään siivoojat eivät tervehdi hotellin asiakkaita.

Scandic on aina tietyllä tapaa varma valinta: mukava henkilökunta, erinomainen aamupala ja siisti huone.. Yövymme usein juuri Scandichotelleissa. Kaikissa on sama huono puoli eli saippua! Jälleen kerran käsisaippua oli loppunut. Jos saippuan pitää olla säiliössä, säiliön olisi syytä olla läpinäkyvä, jotta saippuan loppuminen olisi näkyvissä.T'ämän tason hotellissa odottaisi, että asiakkaan ei tarvitsisi juosta saippuan perässä ilmoittelemassa sen loppumisesta. Toinen pienempi asia oli, että jouduimme pyytämään erikseen juomalasia. Oli vain yksi. Ehkä pieniä juttuja, muta vähän ärsyttäviä. Isompi juttu sensijaan oli, että hotelli oli alkuun laskuttanut meiltä yli tuhat euroa (= tuhat euroa+hotellin yhden yön hinta). Onneksi satuin katselemaan tarkemmin luottopidätyksiäni ja huomasin asian. Normaalisti katselen vain suurinpiirtein, koska koskaan ei ole tällaista sattunut ja matkustelemme maailmalla todella paljon. Hotellisa ei meinattu ensin uskoa, että asia voi olla niin, mutta vaatimuksestani kuitenkin katsotiiin tilanne ja niinhän se oli.
