Good central location, opposite train station. Decent sized room and spacious reception area. Breakfast was reasonable. Only one pillow was provided and when requested another one was told they did not have any spare pillows. |

The staff was very helpful, I spoke Finnish that I have never learned, but they understood it. I was surprised to see a "superior" room with a shower. I did not even know that superior rooms come with a shower (and still we had five-star stuff in this room as well such as slippers). My son would have liked to have a real bath. If I had known it, I would have asked separately for a bath, but, never seen a superior room with merely a shower. |

Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen, vastapäätä juna-asemaa ja kävelymatkan päässä kaikesta. Helppo lähteä ostoksille, ravintolaan, konsertteihin ym. Hotellihuoneen tv oli vanhanaikainen "matolaatikko", se tosin on pieni asia koska eihän se ole tv- huoneeksi varattukaan. |

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, geräumiges Zimmer, sehr gute Lage direkt am Bahnhof, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen Die Sauberkeit des Badezimmers hat nicht ganz unseren Vorstellungen eines 4-Sterne- Hotels entsprochen. Die Sauna war Samstagabend leider nur bis 21 Uhr und dann auch nur für Männer nutzbar. |

Buona posizione proprio di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria, in zona servita dai mezzi pubblici e a breve distanza dai monumenti e dalle attrazioni principali. Le tende della camera erano visibilmente macchiate e nel tirarle è sbucata fuori una patatina. In un albergo del genere, anche in ragione del costo, ciò è inammissibile. |
