The Reception staff, the decor and the breakfast.

A bit expensive but in keeping with hotel prices in Finland in general.

The hotel is absolutely new, very modern. Rooms are very practical (lots of plugs, lights, and space) nice bathroom. Good breakfast with fresh products (really all) and very friebdly staff.

Internet only worked well next to the room door. This hotel is next to the station but not on the city side so it is kind of unpractical having to cross the station to the other side every time (the one on the city side is Scandic City which is less modern - for us it was still worth it).

Practicality; mostly everything was well thought of. The athmosphere was clean, without sacrificing comfort. The breakfast was good, offering, for instance, a decent selection of teas. Pay TV (C More First and MTV3 Max Sport 1) could be watched at no extra cost.

WiFi coverage was a bit on the spotty side, so it might be a good idea to bring along a cable to connect when in room. The in-room television (Otrum) had occasional hiccups when trying to change channels.

Too expensive

The decor and design of the room was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was great too. All in a cool Finnish style.

Excellent soundproofing in the outer walls, you hear no noise at all from the train station. Lovely modern rooms. Air-conditining worked well. Beautiful design lamps everywhere. We slept very well here! Also connecting rooms available - ideal for a family.

Pity that some of the materials were not well-chosen: the side of the desk was alreadly broken although the hotel had been open only a few months, bathroom floors were untidy as if they had not been cleaned after the builders left, the bathroom wall tiles looked untidy in the bright light. So there is space for improvement, but I think they will try to fix these. All in all the hotel is very good.

The hotel was very funky, brand-new, with friendly staff in a good location. We had a room facing the train station, but we didn't hear a peep with the window shut. The room has air conditioning, with all the things you need for a short stay. The room isn't huge, but was clever in what it did have. I liked the RDF chip room keys. It's a nice hotel.

The wardrobe is small, if you stayed longer, storage would be an issue, but I guess this isn't the type of hotel you would spend a long vacation in.

Good location next to the train station. Hotel is brand new so the rooms were in good condition and nicely decorated.

Great location, nice breakfast, good sauna and gym.

Had some problems with wi-fi. At first thier server was overload, so I couldn't connect and when i finally did the signal was quite poor due to the fact,that my room w as at the end of the corridor (that's what they explained at the reception). Every where else connection was very good. Any way, they do have computers for public use, so it's not that bad. Hopefuly they will deal with it.

Hotel very much, there is no minus only the pros! Just super...

Kaiken toimivasta perustasosta. Sijainnista. Lakanoista. Kylppäristä. Isosta teeveestä. WiFi:stä.

Minibaarittomuudesta. Ja siitä, että ravintola (bistro) oli kiinni. Huone oli aika pieni.

Henkilökunta oli loistava ! Hotelli oli siisti ja tyylikäs. Rauhallista vaikka hotelli oli keskellä kaupunkia. Vierailen varmasti toistekin.

Kanavavalinta suppea telkkarissa. Telkkari reistaili, hankala käyttää. Vessassa tietyt nurkat oven luona olivat pölyisiä, vaikka muuten oli siistiä.

Parkkipaikkoja huonosti. Vaihtoehtoinen parkkipaikka kaukana.
