The location of the hotel. The room was cold. Literally cold. First night I was so tired that I ate downstairs. Asked for a glass of Chardonay, but what the waiter brought was anything but Chardonay. |

The service was good and staff attentive and helpful the room structure: too small, not enough space, very small wardrobe, bathroom not well equipped. Breakfast average, front desk combined with the bar shows very messy. |

Outside view is quite usual, let's say not very fascinating, but the surprise caught us short then we droped into the room - modern, well design, clean and very comfortable. Even iron on a place! :-) And we enjoyed very much a Sunday breakfast - plentiful and tasteful :-) Uncomfortabe parking on a street front of the hotel and insufficient info about conditions (where allowed to park, fees, timing ect) by receptsionist. |

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. The room was comfortable and visually pleasing. The hotel is located near the center, right in the middle of the Helsinki design district. |

Design inspired room (soap dispenser, light location in the roof, glass table. Comfortable, uncomplicated, very helpfull hotel staff, in the middle of design district!, central location, good breakfast, everything in the room, ironer, hair dryer, shoecleaner, shampoo, .. and concerned on environment, I like this! |

Closing time of the bar is late, service is good, breakfast tasty. The TV set was annoying, you had to pay for everything including internet by television, while if you bring your laptop the internet is for free. |

The location is very good. Good brefkast. A car park as there is nowhere to park on the street. Parking costs 15 Euro per day. Internet access the same. The rooms are small for that price. |
