Central location, Friendly staff, Good restaurant, Excellent breakfast.

Internet access was unreliable

Room design was perfect and even unexpected.

No coffeemaker or teapot in the room.

All ladies at reseption knew enhglish very well) Room was clean and they never make cleaning, when i was in room, only when i went out.

Shower was broken and the table too. It was terrible, because table made from glass.

A nice hotel room

A paper in the lobby told me that a taxi to the airport costs € 39,50. I had to pay € 55,00.

Great staff, bar in lobby, cool feel to place.

Maybe this is common, but the sauna was only available for men 6:30-8 AM.

I stayed in this hotel for the 3d time. Everything was great.

This time breakfast seemed a bit poor to me. But in general everything is great at this hotel. Sokos hotels are one of the best hotels in the Baltic region.

I liked breakfast and room, and also location this hotel.

Cleaning of room.

Privat car parking. It is very important for the center of Helsinki. Very nice and comfortable hotel. Very polite staff. Good restaurant.

Very steep slope of car parking entrance. You should drive very carefully to prevent bumper strike the floor. We have found some pine needles in the room on the floor near the table, so the room was not cleaned enough after previous guests. But hotel is clean in total.

Nice modern design in the rooms. Very clean. Comfortable bed. The breakfast at hotel was very good and plentiful. Good location.

Only thing I did not like was the reception desk adjacent to the bar. Bar staff did not do the receptionist's job so I had to wait for the receptionist who was not at her post.Only morning sauna available.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms, location is quite central. Would choose it again for a night in Helsinki!

The room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly. It's clode to the centre of the city.

They don't give you a key (card) for the outside door, you have to ring the bell at night if the door is closed.

I was ordering Double Room for single usage, but got Single room. Didn't have mood to fight with staff, so stay in single room. And don't know who's fault it is booking.com or Sokos Hotel Albert's staff.

bathroom is on the floor (without partition), so the water is in the toilet as well. breakfast is very poor and even coffee\tea are not tasty.

Comfort

Nice room , comfortable beds. The restaurant served delicious italian dinner.

I didn't like the freakfast especially when you have these scrembled eggs which are pre-cooked and just heated up.

A really nice and quiet midsized hotel in a good location. The room was modern and the bed was comfortable. It's within walking distance to basically everything; the Design district and the beautiful Boulevardi street with Cafe Ekberg and two nice parks are just around the corner. There is a good Italian restaurant with an affordable lunch offering in the hotel. I was happy that I was allowed to leave a suitcase in their locked luggage room upon checkout.

Really nothing to complain about. Room size is quite modest and the rate a bit more expensive than what you'd pay in most other European capitals, but that's typical of Helsinki.

Fine hotel for Scandinavian standards.

The breakfast is not nice to have for more than one night. No idea why the coffee tastes like tea, and the milk is only full skimmed. But maybe I've stayed too long here (5 nights).

Sorry but nothing, I am very disappointed with four star's hotel

Dirty and stinky bathroom, defective airconditioning, lack of fresh air effected that there is no posibility to opening the window, so sleeping was a torture

The location is convenient for exploring the city. The room is large and quite comfortable. A happy experience with the front desk personnel: on the morning of departure, I had to leave very early, at 05:00. When I told this the evening before, the front desk person arranged for fresh coffee and a delicious sandwich for 04:30 in the morning. It was very welcome.

On one of the days, the room was very superficially cleaned, the bed not made up, the curtains not opened. Very disappointing. In the evening there is only one person working both the front desk and bar. It can take a long time to order a drink.

Excelent location, city center. Excelent breakfeast. Good price. Friendly and helpfull staff.I Could returne.
