Hotel was clean I booked two rooms (for 1 person each), one of which was extremely small and almost looked like a cupboard with only a single bed. The other room was fine and had the usual double bed. Although included, breakfast wasn't the best |

Comfortable, modern hotel, located in city center, 10 minutes walk from the main sightseeings, very excellent breakfast and good english speaking staff. No carpet in bathroom - not very comfortable, no refrigirator |

Sokos Aleksanteri has a good location - it`s quite comfortable to walk to every destination. Also, bar is open till.... very late=) It`s very good, because on weekends all cafes, pub usually closed after 18.00 It would be a good idea to make a discount on parking for hotel guests. |

The hotel staff were very friendly and helped us with anything that we needed, at any time of the day. We arrived at Sokos Aleksanteri at 0700 and check-in time wasn't until 1400, but they let us into our room early without any questions or extra charges, and it was all ready and clean for us. The breakfast and complimentary suana provided was amazing and made the trip much more relaxing. I really have no complaints about the hotel. The only thing that I would say I didn't like so much was the small business centre, but it in no way affected my opinion of the hotel or made our nights there less enjoyable. |

We really enjoyed our stay at Sokos Aleksanteri Hotel. The room was comfortable, cosy and quite. The location of the hotel is absolutely fine - in the center, but on a small quite street. The hotel's furnishing is also a good point - mainly natural wood. Breakfasts are also worth mentioning - they are super! And what is more, the personnel of the hotel are very polite and friendly. |

Excellent and highly professional staff! Very close to the historical sites of the city. Just a walking distance away :) Good French food, good selection of vines. Fairly good prices for all in-house services. Oh, yeah!! :))) Fighting floods in the shower cabine and water rushing out into- and all over the bathroom!! ;))) But that was a fun exercise! ;) Then, separated beds!! Tried to bring them together but in vain. Had to go on a visit to each other through the rest of the night ;)) .. For some interesting reason all windows were locked dead. Someone have already mentioned that. But good hotel overall |
