The staff is very helpful, the location is near the city center, the rooms are clean, the sauna is spacious and comfortable. Also we noticed, that the hotel is perfectly adapted for physically challenged people. The meals quality at the breakfast was good. The rooms are extremely small and have poor design, the breakfast was quite average, but not bad.

The old original style of the interiors (in the superior rooms) has been kept intact, giving the hotel a certain charm. The location is good even if not quite cental. It was not possible to turn up the temperature in the room which was a bit cold. The colours were very dark making the room lack light.

The sauna was open for a ridiculously short amount of time each day. There weren't enough seats for people during breakfast hours, and thi was compounded by the fact that they weren't cleaning up people's dirty dishes and food.

The are three Sokos in Helsinki, this one is easy to get. It is also not far from the shopping malls eg.Stockmann, railway station and the harbor. The receptionists are all nice, and gald to help you about the schedule or line of the visiting. Btw, the French restaurant nearby is a little bit expensive, but great of its free breakfast. No porter in the lobby.

I enjoyed the hotel's design: modern and comfortable. I also liked buffet staff very much. The food was always fresh, various and tasty. The working hours of the sauna is not suitable.

очень уютный и просторный номер с видом на театр, с красивыми шторами, огромной кроватью. завтраки вполне пристойные, хотя и однообразные, несмотря на обширное меню. в двух шагах остановка трамвая, напротив магазин (йогурты и булочки на ужин). и вообще, жить в спокойном зеленом районе в двух шагах от шумного центра - очень способствует отдыху. в ресторане отеля есть меню на русском. не продумано устройство санузла в номере, а именно: дверь не доходит до пола, поэтому приходится включать воду для "заглушки" интимных отправлений. в сауне нет полотенец, приходится брать из номера, нет кулера и стаканов для воды. кондишен и вентилятор в номере очень трудно переключается на индивидульный режим. горничные разнообразные: некоторые откровенно манкируют, убирают лишь то, что на виду, другие - тщательные и внимательны. как всегда и всюду, на рецепшен вначале предлагают самые неудобные и неуютные номера, приходится возвращаться и требовать замены.

Siisti ja hyvätasoinen mutta tyypillinen Sokos-hotelli, alakerrassa Franssmanni. Jos haluaa epätyypillisempää ja yksilöllisempää Sokos-asumista, toisella puolella Bulevardia sijaitseva Albert on paljon suositeltavampi. Yritimme sisäänkirjautumista kello 13 saapumispäivänä mutta meille ilmoitettiin että se olisi mahdollista vasta kello 15 alkaen. Moista joustamattomuutta emme muistaa koskaan aikaisemmin kokeneemme.

Aivan ihanat huoneet vanhassa osassa. Hyvä aamiainen ja loistava sijainti. Todella rauhallinen ollakseen kaupungin keskustassa. Mukava pikku leikkipaikka lapsilla aulassa. Pieniä vinkkejä: lasten leikkipaikassa oleva liitutaulu on kiva, mutta liituja voisi olla enemmän ja voisi katsoa, että sieni on märkä myös. Ehkä respasta voisi aina päivän mittaan välillä käydä katsomassa. Myös piirustuspaperia pitäisi olla sekä pastilliliituja. Nyt tussit eivät toimineet ja muuten ne varmasti jäävät usein auki ja kuivuvat, joten eivät oikein toimi. Suomessa ei harrasteta sitä että huoneissa olisi vedenkeitin ja nescafeta ja teepusseja? Se olisi tosi kiva lisä palveluun, koska ennen aamiaista ja myöhään illalla olisi kiva keitellä itselleen juotavaa.

Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta.Koska huoneeni oli sisäpihan puolella, sinne ei kuulunut yhtään liikenteen melua eikä muitakaan ääniä. En pitänyt siitä, että huoneeseeni piti kulkea niin monen suljetun oven kautta, se vähän hirvitti aluksi.
