Tuttu paikka. Vastaanotto ystävällistä. Siisti ja rauhallinen huone. Autotalli oli täynnä, mutta vastaanotto ohjasi parkkihalliin, joka oli läheisyydessä. Aamiainen oli ruuhkainen ja tila kahvilasiivessä epämukava. |

Olen yöpynyt hotellissa aiemminkin ja viihtynyt siellä. Jokaisella kerralla palvelu on ollut hyvää. Ensimmäisen kerran majoituin siksi, että isoisäni, jote en ole koskaan edes tavannut (Kuoli jo 1939) toimi hotelli Arinan ja Oulun SOK:n johtajana. Äitini asui lapsuudessaan jonkun aikaa ko hotellissa. Halusin siksi yöpyä siellä, vaikka hotelli ei olekaan enää sama. Ihan hyvä kokemus. |

Hotellin henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja asiantuntevaa (vastaanotto). Hotelli on rauhallinen ja huone siisti ja viihtyisä.Hyvä kaupunkihotelli. liikennöinnin vaikeus ja hotellin autotallien käyttö vaikeaa ja monimutkaista. |

Hyvällä paikalla keskellä kaupunkia, hyviä ruokapaikkoja ihan kulman takana, rauhallinen, tosi siisti huone ja ystävällinen palvelu. Kaikki kaupungin nähtävyydet kävelyetäisyydellä. Aamupalan aikaan oli paljon väkeä samaan aikaan, hetken joutui etsiskelemään ennen kuin löytyi istumapaikka, löytyi lopulta kuitenkin, jouduimme jakamaan saman pöydän isomman seurueen kanssa, mieluummin olisin syönyt kultani kanssa kahdestaan. |

Sijainti on oikein hyvä kaupungin keskustassa. Äänieristys. Kadulta kuuluivat äänet hyvin selvästi yöaikaan ja se häiritsi nukkumista. |
