Great location in the heart of the City. Close to shopping, restaurants, business districts, recreational facilities, universities, etc. Three minor irritatants. (1) In our 5 day stay, the coffee/tea used within the room were never replaced. (2) The soap dispensers in the bathroom/shower were never refilled when empty. (3) The breakfast area was somewhat chaotic and unnecessarily disorganized. |

The room was clean, warm, and quiet. There are many restaurants and cafe bars in the first floor that offers many alternatives for foods. |

When I had trouble with my credit card your staff were so helpful in sorting it out, especially the lady with the short blond hair who was in reception.I really enjoyed the swimming pool. I thought the range of food for vegetarians was expensive and limited. It would have been useful to have more guidance about the swimming pool e.g. where to change into swimming costume if you weren't using the sauna. |

Perhaps too central (bus noises, people shouting/drinking/fighting during weekends...) |

Pleasant swimming pool and sauna, very convenient location. Inconvenient route to our standard Bors room, though (unlike City Bors) all indoors - probably does not apply to superior rooms . Breakfast unexciting though there was a choice of dark roast and regular coffee. |

Although some might find it inconvenient be be in a separate building from the main hotel, with two busy roads in between, I did not mind as it inhibited me from spending too much in the bar! |

The hotel serves the basic needs of a city traveller. The rooms are ok and clean, but it is not the type of decor where one feels comfortable, has more a hospital ambiance. The rooms are not located in the same building as the restaurants, but in summer it is no problem. |

Nice location in the center of Turku. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the hotel and around it. The room was clean and all ok. It was very crowded at breakfast time and check-in/out, but I guess at peak season the hotel was full and it is quite a big hotel. Still everything went relatively smoothly. Would have expected a better selection of bathroom amenities (no conditioner etc.). |

Staff was very helpful and polite. Very good breakfast and specially their porridge. Also, nice view. The room didint have any shelves to put our clothes. Few hangers but no shelves. In the bathroom same - there wasnt much space to put your washbag or toiletries. |

Very convenient location, good service, comfortable rooms with air-conditioning and freezer (important during hot summer) The only thing is about parking: a little bit expensive and not very convenient (complicated for driving in/out), if you are visiting with your own car. |

The diversity of the breakfast table (porridge, juices, breads, ecc..) This time as it was high season the hotel room was very small for almost 100 euros we paid a night. |

The central location and the big size of the room. The reception staff was very helpful. Some rooms are very far from the exit, we had to walk several corridors between different buildings to get to the elevator, who was always busy, so we had to use the fire exit to get to the reception or the breakfast restaurant. It's a shame that they don't take care of the original building of the hotel, a beautiful example of "Jugendstil" whos is falling down. The breakfast room is quite busy and you have to share your table with other guests. |

Everything went smoothly and as expected, despite the fact that our room was not in the same building as reception - just have to pay attention when booking Hamburger = main building City = building across the street. No free parking, in fact no parking at all near hotel (quite busy area at least at the time I stayed there) |

The room was very clean, nicely designed and functional. The bed was comfortable (which made me sleep too much), so was the bathroom. It was my first time to visit the city, but I had no trouble finding the hotel...i saw it from the bus and then I pressed the 'stop' button. This hotel is "the hotel" in the town of Turku. The breakfast was also very good. As it was Friday night when I arrived at the hotel, the bars on the first floor, right next to the reception, was very noisy. Sometimes I heard some people shouting in the market square to which the hotel is next to. Wifi did not work in my room, so I had to check email in the hallway. |

The location is excellent. The accessibility to the city sites from here is very good and transport available for the entire city from here. However the check in staff are a bit ignoeant about the neighbouring restaurants and places that are open on Sundays. We asked for A Chinese/Thai restaurant and they had no clue that one existed within 150 meters of the hotel entrance and it was open for service till 9pm. |
