No brekfast at 5 o'clock

The (twin)room was spacious and comfortable.

Nothing

Staff was not helpfull if we had some problem. And we think that our room was not cleaned one day.

The location,for me is teh right one, because I go to the Exibition center, and is near and they have a Train stop in front of the hotel.

The hotel restaurant is very nice. The food was really good and delicious.

The hotel seems to be extremely pet-friendly, which might be good if you are travelling with animals. If you are travelling without animals it is not very pleasant to find out three dogs living next door. Those dogs kept on barking day and night. One more dog was living on the other floor I guess, but we heard its yowl. The staff just told us "perhaps they will leave soon". Well - we left sooner:)

The hotel is not really in the town center, but quite near. Clean, silent, good hotel.

Just a spanish restaurant in the hotel. Not facilities for tea/coffee in the room

Friendly approachable staff, always willing to help. Location of hotel is fantastic. .It's surrounded by peaceful countryside and the walk into town is really enjoyable, the scenery is stunning. All amenities in the hotel are just as described in Booking.com. I would not hesitate to come back to Sokos Pasila if I am fortunate enough to return to Finland and would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a quiet location not too far from lcentral Helsinki. I liked the tram stop was very near hotel.

Nice staff, good breakfast, clean, comfy and quiet room. As a nice bonus I got to keep my motorbike in the parking hall for free overnight.

Very good breakfast, free Wi-Fi очень чисто, уютно, есть все необходимое (даже гладильная доска и утюг). персонал вежливый.завтрак очень вкусный и разнообразный. трамвай прямо от входа в отель и до центра.

Saimme huoneen ennen luvattua klo 15, hallille oli sopiva kävelymatka, ravintolassa huikean hyvää ruokaa

booking.comin kautta ei saanut sokos bonuksia. Hotellin vieressä olisi ollut ilmaisia parkkipaikkoja(la)mutta niistä ei ollut mainintaa joten maksoimme pysäköinnistä "turhaan"

Meidän näkökulmasta loistava sijainti Messukeskuksen ja Linnanmäen lähellä, jotka oli matkan pääkohteet.

Хороший, богатый завтрак, по рабочим дням с 6-30. Наличие гаража для автомобиля, рядом общественная парковка.

Не понравилось отношение персонала: не предоставили детскую кроватку-манеж, хотя просили. Брали 2 номера, в одном из них при заселение обнаружили чужой чемодан!!! Позвали администратора - сказал что это? Это разве не ваше! При выселение и оплате девушка на ресепшене что то спросила по ключи, я переспросил на английском, психанула так, что даже рядом стоящие немцы пришли в недоумение! И это накануне чемпионата мира по хоккею, которые будет проходить рядом, на Хартвал арене!

sijaitsee todella lähellä messukeskusta, parkkipaikkoja oli riittävästi ja lähellä. Huone oli iso ja siisti. Messukeskuksen lähellä sijaitseviin hotelleihin nähden hinta-laatusuhde on erinomainen

wc tila kaipasi ehkä vähän päivitystä ja suihkutila oli muuhun huonetilaan nähden pieni mutta ei tämä nyt oikeastaan ollut mikään ongelma tai estänyt nauttimasta viihtyisästä hotellista

Huoneestani puuttui kattovalo, joka puuttuu ilmeisesti kaikista vastaavista huoneista.

отличный сетевой отель. номера просторные, завтрак хороший. единственный минус - это дорогой ресторан. но на то есть магазины в пешеходной доступности от отеля. так что я остался очень доволен.
