The location is grate, but the hotel is quite old style and would need a fresh decoration/renovation.

I adore sauna and swimming pool.

The sauna was overcrowded by dranken Finn"S.

We didn't visit spa and swimming pool because they were closed "for private bookings" (c) in the evenings. But they were available in the mornings from 6:30 am to 10:00 am. So if you like sauna in the morning, then it's your happy chance. Breakfasts were good enough. There were several types of cheese, meat, yoghurt, and even some fish. We've enjoyed berries a lot. And you should definitely try Finnish rice buns there. One more thing: we've booked room with a double bed, but on arrival we've been told that all these rooms have been booked(!) and they cannot give us what we've booked. And we were suggested to pay extra 20 euros per night to get extra comfort room. The room was OK anyway. Good enough to spend a couple of nights there. Extra comfort means that you get bathrobe, house slippers, TV.. Something else maybe. We had a small tea bar in the room with 2 tea bags, 2 hot chocolate packets, 2 bottles of water. That was nice! And the best thing about the room was the view out of the window!

What we didn't like at all was the cold or coolness that depends. It was everywhere in the hotel: the room was cold, with no opportunity to warm it. The breakfast room was cold, too. So be careful if you visit this hotel in winter, take some sweaters.

Very poor maid service. The hotel has 90% of Russian and Russian-speaking staff at all. On departure from the hotel I was billed for the amount more than I booked in the booking. Well I had with him was a confirmation of your reservation.

Too small bathroom. The living room is poor decorated and is dull. There is not coridoor in the room, the enterance is located directly in the living room.

Perfect location of the hotel; Friendly staff; Good air conditioing system; Cosy interior in the room.

There is no smoking area in the hotel. Pure quality of coffe on breakfast (But this is typical in Finland)

Sokos Presidentti seems very big and good hotel. It has very nice lobby, very good breakfast (like almost everywhere in Finland), free wi-fi in rooms. When I has problem in my room personal of hotel answer me very quickly and that problem was solved very fast. Very good thing in that hotel - it's a place. It's near big shopping malls and other main things in Helsinki. If you travelling without car - it will be good variant for you.

Hotel rooms need rennovation. We lived on 7th floor and in first morning we have problem with bathroom - when I taked shower water was everywhere in our room. Like I said before, problem was solved quickly by personal of hotel and girl from working staff sayed to me, that isn't popular problem of our room. Also Internet in our room worked not very fine. Sometimes my iPhone get it, sometimes - not.

Peaceful room, net at the lobby (althoug 1 of 3 computers was out of order), friendly female staff at the reception (men were a bit arrogant)

Dust in the room, poor lighting, all cooked eggs broken at breakfast, waitresses loudly quarreling with each other at restaurant Sevilla when we were eating

Good work of réception service, we had à chance to change our room for more confortable.

It Will be good to havé an opportunity to open à window And havé à fresh air in thé room.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool and Sauna was nice and location was good.

Shower in the room looked a bit dirty, not saying it was but it's stared to get a miss coloured and old. Overall impression is that there soon is time to plan for renovation.
