Troppo grande, la pulizia decisamente carente soprattutto nelle camere e la zona non delle migliori (non ci sono ristoranti nelle vicinaze). Decisamente non adatto alle famiglie |

La vicinanza al punto di arrivo e partenza per il bus dall'aereoporto. La tranquillità pur non essendo lontano dal centro. La cortesia alla reception La colazione del mattino era praticamente nulla per quanto riguarda croissant e dolci in genere. Era più rivolta a coloro che fanno colazioni salate |

La dislocazione: vicino al centro città ed ai mezzi pubblici (stazione ferroviaria e dei pullman) all'arrivo abbiamo trovato la camera non molto pulita: su nostra richiesta l'hotel ha provveduto, ed i giorni seguenti il servizio di pulizia della stanza è risultato sempre ottimo. |

Location is good in the very centre of Helsinki, easy to find a parking space underground, selection of tripple rooms with an extra bad for a child the parking is quite expensive(29 euro per day) and there is no discount for the hotel guests, |

Location was excellent and breakfast had a large and abundant range of products Long queue to check-in..they want every guest to fill in a form and a lot of bureaucracy..like 10 or 20 years ago in eu countries..!! Sauna and swimming pool? Very disappointed to say that "unusual" opening hours don't allow tourists to enjoy such facilities during the weekend..closed on Friday..open on Saturday and Sunday from 6.30am to 10AM..opening hours change during weekdays.. In town you will find some saunas open till 7pm!! |

Staff friendly and helpful. Location good. Room fine. No food or drink! Restaurant fully booked and bar closed for private function. Receptionist suggested I went out to local shopping centre to get a take-away. I've never stayed in an hotel where I can't get anything to eat or drink - not even a coffee and there were no coffee making facilities in the room. They also kept no international adaptors despite the fact that the majority of guests appeared to be foreigners. |

Breakfast, fast wireless internet,shopping, quietness, ice-machine Yes there is one thing I didnt like very much. I advise the hotel make a better contact with booking.com. We strongly asked for a smoking room and it turned out that hotel staff didnt even see this request in our booking. It was not comfortable to go outside every time especially since we had asked for a smoking room |

Good central location, very convenient for exploring Helsinki. Good happy hour promotion in bar and very friendly barman. Hotel staff very friendly and polite in general. Free wireless internet worked perfectly-though you had to go to reception for a new access code every day. As with most Finnish hotels the swimming pool/sauna had very restricted opening hours. Everything had to be accessed by room key - lifts, toilets, sauna and swimming pool. Just after we checked out, my wife wanted to use the ground floor toilet before leaving the hotel only to find she needed the room key to get in. |
