The room was big and the beds were good. The bathroom is a bit old The sorrounding....is close to a social center and there were odd people in the street |

Everything is good about this holel in terms of facilities and services. The room is spacious, staff are very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely recommend this to others. It is centrally located and just take 5mins walked to the city centre. But if you're going to take bus at the Long Distance Station, it's a bit far away. It takes you 20mins walk which cause a bit trouble especially when you're with your baggage. |

Todella mukava henkilökunta. Viihtyisä ja kodikas huone ja onneksi puulattia. Vaikka hotelli oli täynnä, oli niin rauhallista ja hiljaista, että luuli olevansa yksin. Viihtyisä ravintola ja runsas ja hyvä aamiainen. Hotellin myönteinen suhtautuminen ihmisen parhaan ystävän mukana matkustamiseen ilahdutti mieltä. Hotellin kokoon ja vierasmäärään nähden pieni ja hidas hissi. |

Hotellet är i centrum nära till at gå till alla butiker. Detta hotell är endast en natts hotell.Rummen gamla och svart mögel i duchen. Personalen kunde inte svenska någonstans på hotellet och maten i restaurangen var vidrikt dålig. |

Mielestäni hotelli sijaitsee keskeisellä, mutta ei liian rauhattomalla paikalla. Siisti, hyvä hinta. Hissikapasiteettia saisi olla lisää. |

Vastaanotossa oikein mukavat työntekijät. Kelpo aamiainen. Meille sattui myös iso huone, jossa oli kylpyamme : ) Äänieristys ei kovin kummoinen; naapurihuoneesta kuuluivat jutustelut meidänkin huoneeseen. |

путешествовали втроем с 2-х летним ребенком ,приехали раньше на 4 часа, персонал предоставил номер почти сразу, и накормили завтраком, СПАСИБО должен работать ресторан и сауна в воскресение вечером |

Sijainti oli erinomainen, keskellä kaupunkia. Huone oli siitä huolimatta rauhallinen. Aamupala oli monipuolinen. Aamupalapaikka oli hiukan sokkeloinen, se kun oli hotellin yhteydessä olevan seurusteluravintolan tiloissa. |

Hotellihuone oli tarpeeksi tilava ja kylpyhuone oli ihanan erikoisesti muotoiltu. Aamiaisella oli pekonia, ihanaa, mikä alkaa olla jo harvinaista muissa hotelleissa. |

Sijainti aivan keskustassa eli paljon palveluita esim. ostospaikat, ravintolat ja osa nähtävyyksistä lähellä. Huono äänieristys, kaikki yölliset äänet niin kaduilta kuin hotellin käytävältä kuuluivat liian hyvin ja häiritsivät yöunta. |

La primera impresión horrible. El hotel carece del glamour apropiado a un 4 estrellas. El hall, la habitación y sobre todo el baño parecen sacados de una peli del siglo pasado. Creo que es un poco caro para lo que ofrecen. |

Отель очень понравился. Уютный, человеческого масштаба, со всеми необходимыми для нас удобствами - плюс ещё по первой просьбе дали в номер чайник, чашки и ложки на всё время, хотя в описании отеля было написано, что чайниками снабжены только номера более высокой категории. Крайне приветливый персонал. Очень понравилась система двух подушек на выбор, причём можно и обе использовать. Подбор телеканалов тоже устроил - из новостных в бесплатный пакет входит БиБиСи. Завтрак хороший, с большим выбором. Единственный замеченный минус - грязные ложки во время завтрака - чистая попадалась не с первого раза, а ещё в идеале хотелось бы где-то иметь возможность и пообедать по принципу буфета, потому что лично у нас в городе возникла проблема с поиском более диетического питания. Närheten till centrum samt nära till Muminvärlden som var syftet med resan. Vi har även tittat på staden Åbo bl a Klosterkvarteren, Domkyrkan och lite shopping. Vi har gjort resan tillsammans med barn och barnbarn. Bra service för barnen. Strul med hissarna. Alldeles för små och korten man behövde ha till hissen strulade. |
