clean hotel,great,city center location,excelent interior design.Buffet is very good at the morning.Staff are frendly. All restorans was closed at the time of our stay(except bar on 14 floor,but there are no food,only drinks).Hotel have very small elevators.TV channels have very limited choice.(no internationals news and local weather channels) |

It was my second time in Torni. I like the design of the hotel, but also friendly staff, huge breakfast with excellent cappuchino, impressive view from Atelje bar in the top. Torni has an excellent location for city trip - museums, shops and restaurants are close. Price is high, but we got the 1/2 last-minute-price, which is quite fair. Our room at 6th floor was next to ventilation room - it was hard to sleep because I am sensitive for noise. First time its was very quiet (we got room on the first floor). |

central location on a quiet street In one of the wings, the decoration and furniture of the rooms is quite obsolete and extremely plain.During a previous stay, I was given a room in another wing which was nicer. |

Jugend-room was lovely, and I liked the whole atmosphere. It was nice also to have two great bars in the hotel - American Bar street-level which has best drinks in Helsinki and Ateljee Bar in floor 14 where you can see the whole city. Breakfast was nice as well. |

Kyllikki Standard room is ethnic Finnish style. Great cranberry soaps and shampoos. Very good fresh food on breakfasts. Located in the middle of a city near shopping malls and railway station. Breakfast hours too early, Weekdays till 9:30. Sat-Sun till 10:30 |

The fact that everybody spoke excellent English Upon check out I requested the hotel reception staff to call a taxi to the airport. What was waiting for me was a van-taxi (altough I was alone with no luggage). And the price was double than the normal taxi would be. |

Central position, good breakfasts (only meal we had there), quiet. Forot to report that the free-standing lamp in the bedroom did not work. There was no plug for the wash-basin in the bathroom. |

Good localization. The room is very pleasant and the staff is very kind.Wifi system is really good and breakfast is honest. When in Helsink, we'll stay in this hotel again. During summer vacation breakfast should be extended till 10:30.The breakfast room should be refurnished. |
