The location is excellent, right in the centre of Helsinki, close to all shops, theathres, opera, museums. But also tranquille. I had room with balcony, which was a good thing. But a very small and poor bathroom. |

Location was great, breakfast was good, although dining room was crowded. service in the restaurants was good and the location, close to the train station and airport bus terminal is brilliant. |

Well appointed room, postive and helpful staff and interent access freely avialable ( free in the lobby). Very convenient location adjacent to the station. Lifts fast, security good and breakfast first class |

central located, easy access to the central station & bus terminal, department store & super market in the same building bathroom was not so comfortable as a shower space was not separated from toilet space at all... other than that, very clean and nice to stay |

Can walk to and from airport bus to hotel - with luggage. Perfectly situated in the very center of Helsinki. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, museos, gallerias and sight seeing and of course to the Market Place. Excellent sound insulation and a/c in rooms. As historically protected building, they are keeping true to the original style and atmosphere. I know since I used to stay there with my father in 60's! Street level restuarant has Spanish food. Good security systems. No safe in room. My man smokes and you know how diffiuclt it is... Panoramic restaurant on the roof top was closed on Sunday evening. This is normal in Helsinki and understandable, but in the indian summer it would have been great to dine ouside top terrace. |

The hotel was well located for me. It is across the road from the Airport bus and within walking distance of the attractions I wanted to go to. It seemed the hotel had been recently renovated as my room was very comfortable and clean. |

Hotellin sijainti on hyvä kaupunkimatkailua ajatellen. Huoneeseen ei kuulunut pahemmin liikenteen melua. Kattoterassi on hyvä olemassa, tosin vain hyvillä ilmoilla. Mainitsin kattoterassin kohdassa hyvä, mutta erittäin huonoa on se ettei tupakoivia asiakkaita, jotka kuitenkin maksavat aivan saman hinnan kuin muutkin, huomioida mitenkään. Kattoterassilla ei ole lainkaan suojaisaa paikkaa tupakoiville. Huom. tuuli ja sade. Ystäväni kanssa istuimme ainoassa suojaisassa paikassa pehmeillä istuimilla ja eräs nuori mies tuli meidät häätämään tupakkalakiin vedoten. |

When I checked in they could not find my reservation which was done via this booking.com. Although there was a confirmation number, the ladies at front desk was not able to do anything with it and was just useless. I would like to have it solved between booking.com and the hotel, please. |
