This spa hotel is beautifully situated by Lake Kallavesi, 5 km outside Kuopio. It offers free Wi-Fi, indoor and heated outdoor pools, as well as a very large smoke sauna. Spa Hotel Rauhalahti’s accommodation options include TVs, minibars and free toiletries. Some have kitchens and balconies or terraces. Leisure facilities include saunas, hot tubs and a gym. A good hotel for families. It's a pity that stayed there a couple of days - be sure to arrive a week or two. Beautiful place, nature, close to the city. Courteous staff and comfortable room. The food is delicious. And the spa complex just wonderful! Smokers are not very comfortable - could be provided at the corner for those who have not given up the habit :-) smoke only on the street - not a very comfortable and cool. And the kind of hotel smokers and cigarette butts at the main entrance is not decorated.

Hyvät aamupalat, ilmainen kylpyläosasto Yöllisestä häiriköinnistä johon henkilökunta ei riittävän riuskasti puuttunut. Kun valitin yöllä, minua moitittiin asiattomasta käytöksestä!

Tarjoilu oli ruokapuoleea hyvin hidasta ja kankeaa.Vieraani jopa pitkästyivät odotteluun vaikka ei juuri ollut asiakkaista.Piti käydä tiskillä pyytämässä täydennystä kun siellä henkilökunta seisoskeli vältellen katsekontaktia.

rivitalo huoneistot ovat mukavia lasten kanssa Äitienpäivä aamuna, ei äitejä huomioitu mitenkään. Aamupalapöydässä odotimme, että olisi ollut joku pieni huomionosoitus äideille tai kakkukahvit tms. (vastaavasti poismeno matkalla, eräällä huoltoasemalla annettiin joka äidille ruusu, vaikka ostimme vain pelkät kahvit.)

Hyvät tanssut ja tilava huone. Parkkipaikan reunus kivet on lyhyemmän ihmisen vaikea havaita autosta.Noin puolen metrin korkunen kivi tekee rumaa jälkeä auton keulaan. Vaimolla on tästä kokemusta.Parkipaikan ja nurmen rajaan jotain pehmeämpää.Kiitos

Kuntoilun / ulkoilun osalta hyvät mahdollisuudet- rauhallista luontoa lähellä. Omalla autolla liikuvalle ostosmatka sopiva. - En itse edes käynyt Spa - puolella, mutta kumppanini ei siitä pitänyt. - Hoitojen varaus täytyisi osata tehdä todella ajoissa. Hoitoja saatavilla niukasti esim jalkahoito tai kasvohoito.

+ mukava kylpylä, jossa monipuolisesti altaita + ulkoilma-allas erityisen hyvä + aamiaistarjoilu kattava (pekonista plussaa) + huoneistohotelli rauhallinen ja toimiva + huoneiden nettiyhteys toimi moitteettomasti

Kiva kun sai käyttää hotellin hintaan kylpylä- ja kuntosalipalveluita. Pystyi lähtemään huoneesta aamutakki päällä kylpylään rentoutumaan. Ulkoallas oli pakkasella hieno kokemus. Hieman nuhjuiset yleiset tilat ja huoneet. Aika huono äänieristys. Oli paljon hiihtolomalaisperheitä ja paljon ääntä kuului seinien läpi. Onneksi yöllä oli hiljaista. Kylpylässä oli hirmu ruuhka. Tuntui oudolta, kun miehille ja naisille oli samat pukutilat, oli vähän hankalaa ja ruuhkan vuoksi joutui jonottamaan vaatteiden vaihto-koppiin. Saunatilat ja suihkutilat sekä allasosasto remontin tarpeessa.
