Stadihome City Apartments  

The location is excellent. The apartment is located in very quite area,but in the same time there are tram and buss stops ( all trams are going to the centre- with tram 10 minutes) which could be reached in 2-4 minutes. It's possible to make hot meals, kitchen is equiped with all necessary equipment.There are different food shops near apartment.Mrs. Lehtonen was very helpful and give responses to any guestions.THANKS

The staff was friendy (take into account that we met just one time when lady gave us key :) ). The staff also show trust to us and let us leave apartment without any extra checkings if we leave apartment in good conitions. Apartment was studio type and kitchen was integreted into apartment in insteresting way (took really small place) but at the time we had everything we needed and did not need - washing maschine, toaster etc. The location also was great - we need to go to central railway station just 7 min. I am satisfied with this choise.

A smallish but lovely appartment with plenty of utensils and equipment to make our stay easy and comfortable. Great to have a washing machine in the appartment too. It was well-presented and clean and it was in a fantastic location. We could virtually walk everywhere in Helsinki from where we were staying.There was plenty of storage space and it was nicely furnished. It was a real bonus to find some dried goods such as salt, rice, pasta and coffee in the store cupboards and as a result we left all of our dry goods for the next occupants! Who wants to buy a whole box of salt for a six day stay but how difficult to cook for a week without any?!

No fuss about picking up the keys at the airport - although it would have been useful to have been informed of the 5 Euro charge. The coffee- maker didn't work and there was no kettle but that wasn't a huge problem.

The location is excellent: three minutes walk to the tram stop, and 10 minutes to the very center. Also, if you decide to walk, you're surrounded by the coast of the city, which makes it a beautiful walk. Mrs. Lehtonen was very helpful providing information about the flats and answering my doubts super fast.

I made the reservation in behalf of my parents who came visit to the city, and I'd say they find the toilet a bit tricky to use (specially the shower), but this was such a little detail: in general they were happy with the flat, the space and the bed was quite comfortable and cozy and everything was quite clean when they arrived too.

The hotel located in city center. Thats why there many shops, restraunts, cafes. Its very convenient for trip in city center. If you need have a rest you can go to the hotel for rest and again continue your travel. In the hotel you find everything what you need. All for hot drinks, for cooking, for washing, etc.

3 days we have collected enough garbage, but we did not know where to put it

The office staff (Helena) was extremely helpful, giving us plenty of useful information before our stay and was quick to answer any query we had during our stay. The apartment we were assigned was very good location, with easy access to tram/metro into city centre. overall, very good!

When booking I didnt like the uncertainty of exactly where the apartment to be assigned would be. In our case, we were very happy with the apartment that we stayed. The sink was was very small and hard to use.

Key was left directly at airport, so that we didn't had to go to Stadihome Office first. When checking out they catched the key from the apartment. Good Service!

останавливались в номере-студио втроем. жили в апартаментах Sari по адресу Humalistonkatu 1, рядом с оперным театром. апартаменты находятся на 6-м этаже жилого дома. остановка трамвая у дома. в соседнем здании продуктовый магазин, работает до 23.00, что было очень удобно, т.к. наличие оборудованной кухни позволяло готовить самостоятельно (плита с духовкой, холодильник, микроволновка, чайник, кофеварка - все в рабочем состоянии, а также необходимая посуда, моющие средства - все продумано). обстановка в квартире достаточно потертая, но телевизор и большой современный. постельное белье и полотенца, что называется "на подборе" - все разных цветов и оттенков, но думаю, что это оправдывается невысокой ценой. поэтому небольшие минусы совершенно сгладились общей приятной атмосферой пребывания в хельсинки, удачным местом расположения. спасибо сотрудникам, которые очень оперативно отвечали на все вопросы, возникшие перед поездкой.

один большой минус, который действительно раздражал постоянно - душ типа "дырка в полу" - в ванной комнате (а она же туалет) после каждого приема душа весь пол залит водой. и по-видимому из-за постоянной влажности присутствовал специфический запах именно в этом помещении. и еще - при бронировании не знаешь в какие апартаменты по какому адресу тебя поселят - лучше бы при бронировании указывался конкретный адрес и тогда было бы проще планировать поездку, т.к. местоположение отеля очень важно.

Чистая красивая квартирка студия, такое ощущение, что все новое, специально для нас.

С коляской было проблематично подниматься по крутым подъемам.

La posizione e' abbastanza in centro

Il personale e' inesistente. L'appartamento aveva una centralina elettrica estremamente rumorosa. Molto sporco tutto. Carente di tutto. Da non consigliare a nessuno. Veramente un posto orrendo, sporchissimo. Il letto matrimoniale era invece un letto singolo. La tazza del bagno rotta. Tutto pessimo.

понравилось расположение и размер квартиры-предоставили трехкомнатную квартиру почти в центре Хельсинки; в квартире предоставили большое количество домашней утвари,интернет,телевизор работали отлично. Близко продуктовый магазин.

к сожалению,квартира была со старым ремонтом,мебелью. Но с этим можно было бы и пожить,самое неприятное оказалось,что то в ней было очень накурено,я связалась с офисом,чтобы они предложили мне другой вариант,так как жить было невозможно,мне сказали,что решат эту проблему,но все пропали. Больше никто не отвечал на мои звонки и смс

L'emplacement de cet appartement idéal à quelques mètres du Tram et proche du grand centre à pied. Ce petit appartement propre et bien chauffé, comporte tout le nécessaire (même le lave linge) pour un séjour de quelques jours,avec la possibilité très appréciable de pouvoir cuisiner un minimum et d'éviter d 'aller systématiquement au restaurant. Cette solution est un bon compromis financier, de confort et de liberté.

Il faut tout d'abord se rendre au bureau "Stadihome City Apartments" pour régler le séjour et récuperer les clées de l'appartement, puis vous repartez à nouveau par vos propres moyens jusqu'à l'adresse de votre appartement. Ce n'est pas très compliqué, mais juste un peu long quand il vous tarde d'arriver! Un seul petit bémol est une odeur d'égoût qui remontait des canalisations de la salle de bain!

Hotel mě odmítl ubytovat a nechal mě celou noc spát na nádraží. Odůvodnil to neplatnou kartou a nedostatkem financí na kartě. V rezervaci nebylo možné zadat ani cvn kod, protože hotel prý nebude platbu stahovat z karty. Zaslala jsem jim cvn kod. Na to se hotel pokoušel stahovat platbu hnedka 3x po sobě až byl překoročen limit a volali mě z banky že transakci zablokují.

Nic. Nejhorší jednání které jsme kdy zažila. Pokud vykrást mě platební kartu.

De inrichting ziet er nogal simpel uit. Problemen na kortsluiting, met aansluiting internet modem. slot toegangspoort. Ik heb voorgesteld in het appartement een 'instructie' achter te laten waarin een en ander wordt uiteengezet. Ik heb zelfs foto's voor de instructie verzonden. Daar werd positief op gereageerd.

Veldig sentralt I henhold til bane.

Ingen resepsjon. Ble møtt av en som snakket så elendig engelsek at han nermest ikke var forstålig.Adressen som oppgies ved bestilling bør være der en bor ikke som for oss at adressen gjalt kun kontoret det er jo bedrag.For meg virket det som dette var en privar bolig som ble utleid til oss og da kan man ikke kalle det Apartement hotell.
