Hotel Kämp  

Very good staff, good location, full service set. Everything is of a very good quality.

Hotel Kamp was a great luxury hotel renovated from a very historical building in Helsinki. It was just at the heart of the city so any one can do shopping or just walk for the meetings in the center as I did. Rooms are very large in order to provide the promised quality for that kind of a hotel. Nice and large bathroom decorated with marble furnishing. Definitely an excellent hotel.

I could advise is to see Bed&Breakfast listing for the hotel, since many of the hotels at that type offer breakfast included prices. And wireless internet should be free yet for all hotels in my opinion. It does not seem fair to charge for the Internet nowadays.

The location was great, near everything. Very nice, big and clean bathroom.

It was way to expensive for the things it offered. The beds were to soft, also the pillows. There was no free internet in the rooms. Breakfast was extra 30€ per person.

Pretty nice hotell, good staff and ideal location.

1. Location is superb 2. Room, even a standard one was perfect 3. Reception staff is confident and friendly 4. Food (a la carte) in Main restaurant 5. Food for breakfast was of high quality and menu was different, though sparkling wine was not included.

1. Food in Japanese rest was average, waitress mixed the order and brought smth different 2. Staff in Main restaurant was extremely slow (probably it is a national standard, dont know) 3. Beer is overpriced - 10EUR for 0.33 !!! Better use bars nearby.

There was à lady at the reception.who in à rude way said that ther was no lift connection to the second floor due to maintenance. That ment that my slightly handicapped sister could not go to the restaurant upstairs. Later I found out that the lift was operating anyhow. Please, give me feed back om this remark.

Good location,big room and excellent food

No carpet, wood floor is good but one carpet improve it lot. To be luxury hotel need Kämp it desperately.

I have stayed two nights in helsinki one night in haven and other in kamp but I prefer haven to kamp because it was half the price of kamp hotel ,free wifi in the room,breakfast was included,tv in bathroom also,the most kind staff i've ever seen.

Internet cost 19€ per day ,wifi is free in the room only,breakfast was not included in the price of 185€

I liked the location of the Hotel, as well as the interiors that could be much better, if the new was less... and the old more...Anyway nice hotel, although expensive at the extras (jacuzzi, sauna, breakfast, internet use), many of those basics for its category!

I didnt like the "money" or "cross selling" attitude. Book at the room, 20 euros for sauna (without jacuzzi) in Finland!!!, 29 euros for breakfast (price for a stilish dinner), 19 euros per day for internet (Finland with the highest internet use in the world)!. It is not only for making money, it is for satisfying customers as well!

Really nice hotel and excellant location.

Nice hotel situated in the centre of town. Friendly and efficient staff and good facilities.
