Everything was perfect (as usual), just keep it that way!!! Re-loading of hotel computers blocked all services including mini-bar. That lasted abt. 3 hours only, however we would really appreciate if some drinks could be available in the room on arrival.

Traditional ambience/milieu. Good service. Elegance of the hotel and the surroundings. Staff did not offer service in Swedish, which is the second national language in Finland - especially its capital, Helsingfors.

Good location, nice rooms, good bed, big bathroom They charge extra for absolutely everything! Gym euro 10, breakfast euro 29!!! (insanely expensive for a small eater: half slice of bread, 1 slice cheese, one glass water and one black coffee), wireless in room euro 20...... free wireless only in bar. Had one dinner and two lunches (not of my choice) in Brasserie Kamp, and the food was emarassingly bad for the price they charged. Waiters and bar tenders very nice though but cannot save the meal! Change the chefs, I would not eat ere again. Many ok restaurants around the corner.

1. Location is superb 2. Room, even a standard one was perfect 3. Reception staff is confident and friendly 4. Food (a la carte) in Main restaurant 5. Food for breakfast was of high quality and menu was different, though sparkling wine was not included. 1. Food in Japanese rest was average, waitress mixed the order and brought smth different 2. Staff in Main restaurant was extremely slow (probably it is a national standard, dont know) 3. Beer is overpriced - 10EUR for 0.33 !!! Better use bars nearby.

Central location Having stayed in Kamp on previous visits I was shocked to discover hotel now charges extra(20 euros) for using their sauna/spa.This was apparently as its privately own now. I also find the price of breakfast,30 euros, far too pricy. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms and need to be ordered separately- free of charge. Internet is also charged 9 euros an hour! Or 40 euros a day.this day and age this should come free especially in 5***** rated hotel. The room had stained carpet which wasn't cleaned and radiator in the bathroom wasn't working. hotel which once was wonderful place to stay has just become greedy. very disappointed.

There was à lady at the reception.who in à rude way said that ther was no lift connection to the second floor due to maintenance. That ment that my slightly handicapped sister could not go to the restaurant upstairs. Later I found out that the lift was operating anyhow. Please, give me feed back om this remark.

I have stayed two nights in helsinki one night in haven and other in kamp but I prefer haven to kamp because it was half the price of kamp hotel ,free wifi in the room, breakfast was included,tv in bathroom also, the most kind staff i've ever seen. Internet cost 19€ per day ,wifi is free in the room only, breakfast was not included in the price of 185€

The room was very good size, in particular the bathroom.Very comfortable bed too.....However, I did ask for a smoking room, which was given but an ashtray was not provided. The only criticism really is that I think the breakfast is extremely over priced. We had breakfast only one morning in the hotel and the service was very bad, no one greeted us when we entered the breakfast area, we hunted for a table ourselves, not knowing where things were and simple things like, do we help ourselves to tea/coffee? Is it served at the table? When I asked a member of staff, he was very rude and abrupt and in the end did not help us. Disappointing when we are charged 29.00 euros and get zero service in return

Good astmosphere, comfort, good staff It's looking a bit weather beaten. The floors in the bar area / restaurant could use a bit of a polish, given the price of the hotel.
