Tutti molto gentili. Buono il ristorante, anche la colazione. La posizione è ottima

Comfort, lusso e posizioni .. sono I punti di forza dotato di shopping centre, bar alla moda e ristorante con ottimo brunch la domenica

Great value for money

Excellent location right in the middle of Helsinki.

This is simply not up to the standard of a modern 5 star hotel. On arrival to my room I noted the carpet was dirty, there was a used cotton bud in the sink and toe nail clippings beside the bed. Disgusting. Food is overpriced for what you get and 45 euro for 3 days wifi is really not good these days. A premier room in a 5 star hotel should have this as complementay.

Beautiful bathroom; comfortable bed and helpful staff.

I had to request a coffee maker in the room and had to ask that I get clean coffee cups. The staff didn't "turn down" the bed in the evening and no chocolate mints on the pillows:(

Your staff is friendly, effective, rooms are ever so nice, Nice breakfast. A perfect hotel. Plenty of TV channels.

I missed a coffeemaker in my room, make the customers aware about not to touch items in minibar, the free wifi is veeeery slow. No big issues at all, just telling you.

The food is expensive

The ambiance of the hotel, the location. The (standard) room was big and comfortable. There was no noise in the room (it was facing the inner yard).

Breakfast was not included. The price 29 euros per person was a bit steep, even for this splendid hotel.

Kämp is THE hotel in Helsinki, though expensive you get more value for your money than high priced middle of the range hotels in town.

Too expensive for what it offers

The location is central. The rooms are quiet. The staff are friendly enough.

The hotel lives on its reputation as the leading hotel in the city. But it under delivers. The air conditioning / heating did not work in our room. The room was very hot, too hot for comfortable sleep. We reported it but no one came for about 12 hours and when it could not be fixed I had to push them to give another room. We eventually changed rooms at 9:30 in the evening with all the disturbance and discomfort. When we checked out only when I asked what would be done to compensate were we offered a reduction of 20% for the first night. Not what one would expect for rooms costing 180+ Eur per night. The room cleaning / bed making was not done until 3:00 pm which meant that we could not use the room pleasently during then day. The sink was blocked. The TV not tuned in properly. Food trays left in the corridors for 8 hours. Inconveniences to be sure but they took away the joy of the stay and at that level of hotel was a significant under performance. They appeared to be understaffed to deliver the standard offered. Everything was an extra charge. 30 euro each breakfast. 40 euro for Internet per day. This was not clear until after the booking.

This Hotel is old in the business & with good and well-known reputaion. Has a long history what makes a great pleasure to be around.

The bed itself.... Matress is to soft and needs to be changed in order to serve the purpose & the pillovs are also very soft barely can feel... Overall, Hotel is good in desgn and service, but we couldnt sleep two nights, although they did changed our room to another in order to please us.... What a pity to have such bad bed & pillow...At the end I was to happy to leave...Unfortunate, we both felt like a broken boats.... This is one of the most problem ...We come to relax , not to struggle with service ....We need a good night sleep to have a great holiday.....

The rooms were wonderful.

There is no club - so guide books and information should be updated. Breakfast was very expensive for what it was, I have stayed in a number of 5* hotels and to be frank I expected alot more - staff not particularly welcoming in the restaurant

Excellent location. High standarts of a 5 star hotel.

We loved everything! The rooms were so quiet, yet we were in the middle of the city. Bathroom was super, and the room was spacious. I would love to come back and stay here again.

The parking was 40 or 50 Euros, which is a bit steep even for Finland. Although it was valet...

Everything was first class: staff, food, service, room, valet parking... and we were treated as nicely as the E Street Band membes who stayed in Kämp while we were there. Thumbs up -this is the best hotel in Finland and for the room rates you pay you get your money's worth and more.
