Hotellin keskeisyys. Radiokanavia vain 3, ei siis radio Suomea. Liian pieni suihkukoppi. Pidee tai suihku ei toimi ylöspäin eli alapesu ei onnistu. Hinta laatusuhde ei ok.

Suihku koppi oli niin likainen,että silikoonikin oli homeessa! Yäk! Miksi tasokas hotelli ei voi pitää talon omia siivoojia,jotka tekevät huoneisii,kylpytiloihin ja yleisiin tiloihin perus-siivouksia! Hotellin aula oli pölyinen...

Den goda maten. Samt vänligt bemötande. Dålig skyltning. Förstod inte att Tornio City Hotel, var Stadshotellet? Ni borde satsa på ett och samma namn. Inte som nu, beställer Tornio city hotel, då jag kommer till Tornio i skymmning så finns skyltar för Stadshotellet? Skylten högt upp på taket syns nog men namnet Tornio city hotel med småa bokstäver är svårare att hitta.

At det lå rett ved Ikea Haparanda, som var årsaken til at vi dro dit :-) Det var dårlig ventilering og lufttilgang på rommet. For varmt og ubehagelig å sove.

God beliggenhet. A la carte-restaurant med utmerket mat og service til rimelig pris. Hvorfor bruke navnet Tornio City Hotel i markedsføringen? Alle skilt etc viser til det finske navnet Kaupunginhotelli (tilsvarer svensk Stadshotellet) og ingenting annet. Det ville sikkert fungere like godt i markedsføringen, og forvirring ville unngås.

Nært shoppingsenter og ikke minst ikea Ved innsjekking ble vi møtt av ett personale som kun snakket finsk, var vanskelig å få svar på de spørsmål vi hadde.

Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Ruoka listalta hirveän hyvää. Henkilökunta antoi vaihtaa kuumuuden takia huonetta auliisti,kiitos! Huoneet tylsiä ja ilmanvaihto olematon. Liian kuuma ja tunkkainen,melu kuului ulkoa ja yökerhosta.

останавливался в отеле субботним днем. при бронировании была информация, что в отеле распологается ночной клуб, но не было информации, что он работает до 4-х утра. спасибо за бессоную ночь.(((( оооочень хотелось спать.(((( двойка отелю. даже завтрак их не спас.)))
