The accommodations were amazing. The staff and food was exceptional. We were only able to stay one night due to travel arrangements. We wished we could have been able to stay longer. When we travel back to Finland Hotel Vuokatti will be our destination and we will lengthen our stay!

Nice and clean rooms, superfriendly staff & good service-price relation Coffemachine was broken when we were ther - so no espresso etc but they handled ot nicely (free candy for us)

Renewed rooms, lake view, welcoming and helpfull staff As I like silence and calm I guess room with connection door was not appropriate for me but luckily nobody was accomodated in nex to me.

очень приветливый персонал, хороший завтрак, красивый вид из окна, отличная сауна. совсем рядом лыжня. ресторан работает не каждый вечер. в номере нет сушильного шкафа, но есть сушильная комната. до склона не далеко, но нужно идти или ехать.

Erittäin hyvä sijainti ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Kolmen vuorokauden aikana siivooja kävi vain kerran tuomassa wc paperia ja pyyhkeitä.esim.minibaari jäi täyttämättä ja juomalasit vaihtamatta.Pihviviikko ei oikein ole hyvä jos yöpyy monta yötä. Lisäksi mainostettu 10 prosentin ruoka alennus alacarte annoksista ei ollutkaan voimassa pihviviikoilla. Huoneessa olisi hyvä olla vaatekuivauskaappi.

Hienostunut, viihtyisä hotelli kauniilla paikalla.Kaikki tiptop. Oli hyvä olla, henkiläkunta miellytttävää ja erittäin ammattitaitoista. Ei voinut ruokailla su-ti iltaisin. Huoneiden lämpötilaa ei voinut säädellä huonekohtaisesti.

Hiljainen, rauhallinen ympäristö. Aamupala ruhtinaallinen. Kaunis hotelli, kaunis ja laadukas sisustus. Laadukkaat sisustusmateriaalit, mm. Vuodevaatteet. Sijainti loistava = lähellä hiihtolatuja. Siistimistä, roskien pois vientiä ei huoneesta koko loman aikana ollut lainkaan.

Kohtuuhintainen, uusi ja siisti, todella hyvä ja monipuolinen aamupala. Laskettelupäivän jälkeen oli luksusta päästä saunomaan. Ei sinällään liity hotelliin itsessään, mutta naapurimaan kansalaisten häiriökäyttäytyminen yöllä häiritsi erittäin paljon!!!

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Saunaosasto ja koko hotelli oli todella siisti ja kaunis. Hotelli sijaitsee kauniilla paikalla. Hotelli oli mukavan pieni, intiimi. Huone oli hieman vetoisa. Seinät olivat aika ohuet. Sunnuntai aamuna aamupala oli hieman pettymys, vanhaa maitoa, paprikaa, vesimelonia

Качество самого отеля. Тишина. Холдновато в номере. Не работают русские каналы. Пыльновато в шкафу и на подоконнике. Нет кухни на ужин.

Pieni ja kotoinen hotelli aivan loistavalla paikalla..järven rannalla..kauniinpaa ympäristöä saa hakea.Ladut,lenkkipolut,ja kaunis luonto aukeavat suoraan hotellin ovelta ja keskustaan vain 10 min ajomatka.Palvelualtis henkilökunta ja hyvää ruokaa...Lapsiperheet mahtuvat huoneisiin oikein hyvin ja viihtyvät.Kiitos!!Tullaan uudestaan!!P.S.Suksien huoltohuoneessa mukavana yllätyksenä voiteenpoistoaine!
