We like our stay , staff very friendly and helpful, convenience to town and taxi room services was great enjoyed our selfs
Management owner very rude to the staffs seems doesn't trust the staff always there sitting and watching every move
Very convenient and easily accessible. Its a nice and much peaceful place to be.
maybe the location as it is close to town but apart from that there is nothing much to like about the place
I arrived in the evening and the lighting in the place was poor. hotel front area looked tired, run down and not very clean. I booked a room on the top floor after reading some of the comments about the ground floor rooms. The stairways was dark and I didn't feel safe using them. the lighting in the room was poor, the fridge rattled the whole night making sleep impossible. the bed was old and hard and so was the linen on the bed. I had to ask for towels as there was only a couple of really old worn out hand towels in the bathroom. the whole place could do with a face lift.
The hotel is central to absolutely everything, yet quiet at night. I checked out the other budget hotels in Suva and this one comes up aces. Staff are supremely helpful and friendly - they also encourage you to let them know if anything does not suit your comfort, so they can rectify it immediately. I have already recommended this hotel to friends.
The hotel has aged and needs some maintenance or updating, but it's not a huge issue - especially for the price
Kitchen facilities they do not provide even milk.
-customer service was so bad -their rooms are unsatisfactory. (Their (one) apartment rooms has no privacy because the wall does not go all the way up to the ceiling allowing others in the lounge access to view those in the room) -There's leakage in the bathroom. -It's unreasonably expensive (the rooms are quite small)
The atmosphere and surroundings was excellent.Nothing
Close to Suva city - walking distance. Good access to main highway and also in other directions. The manager went out of her way to care and to be courteous. Staff were very helpful and always responded when anything was needed.
The room we had was a bit crowded with furniture, but still enough room to move around. The clothes dryer in the laundry had broken down. Taps and pipes are old and ideally need replacing...taps over hand basin made a raspy metallic sound when turned, but they worked!
Expensive for what was provided. Old and tired building/rooms.
Condition of room was dated and some fixtures needed attention. Staff weren't particularly welcoming or helpful. There were no brochures/leaflets showing places of interest, tours, etc. The only brochures available were advertising the hotel. The bedding was stained and bedbugs were present although 'the beds had been sprayed.'
Staff on front desk were friendly. We didn't like anything else whatsoever about the hotel.
Room requires a major upgrade. We stayed a night in room 229 and it would rate as the worst hotel room I have stayed in anywhere in the world. The bathroom was disgusting. Unclean and in disrepair. The room looked liked something out of the mid 60's. We paid $250 Fijian for one night and felt ripped off.
Room stung and was run down. We were told by locals that it operates as brothel. We witnessd it ourself. Advertising on your site is false. I booked from my knowledge of the motel of what it was 20 years because the photos looked misleading.
Nothing but location
The rooms were very dirty and bathrooms had fungus all around side wall and ceiling area.I will never recommend this facility to anyone.
Kitchen utilities to use, comfortable
Hardly any channels on TV, shower head not great
Lack of items for a self contained room
The nice white towels Comfortable bed
The 1 bedroom was a partitioned room within the 1 main room . Bathroom and shower not clean. Curtains didn't fit the window . TV very grainy reception and no Sky TV Paying Fiji Dollars 150 per night I expected a little better .
Ants in the room. Dirty bathroom. Unfriendly staff/management.
Good sized room Nice towels
Internet was expensive and not regularly available Not set up for working in room
Great staff. N I could pay wen I got there.
Location is right in the city.
Very pool management - dusty room, noise corridor, a/c not working, shower broken...reception was rude when hearing this complain. Room is not worth its price tag.
The hotel needs renovation.
i like the room's cleanliness
the staff attitude
Smelly rooms, cracked handbasin, insects crawling, very bad place to stay.....wouldn't recommend to anyone, not worth what we pay
