Capricorn Apartment Hotel  

Not much, we were disappointed. The was a faulty power point in the main bedroom which was unsafe/unusable and despite requests it was simply just not fixed with every excuse offered

The uphill walk to the location, no lift to the third floor with cases

The pool, having an outlook over the wharf and the close proximity to the shopping.

We didnt appreciate being sharked by the owners who went out of their way to take every dollar of us right down to charge 80c for calling a Taxi on our behalf. Their seems to be a lack of the hotels we stayed at to provide face cloths. We had to buy our own. Also the only milk provided for our first cup of tea or coffee was powdered. Once again we had to buy our own. The atmosphere was very much commercialized to our detriment. We will not be recommending them as a place to stay.

The shower head needs renewing, as it is clogged up, and the tap on the shower kept falling off, and needs securing.

Je n'ai rien aimé dans cette hôtel et votre site est mensongère a l’égard de cet hôtel j'ai pris des photos et je peut vous les envoyer si vous le désirer pas d'eau chaude tous les jours pas de clim durant 2 nuits chambre sale et pas sécurisé piscine impropre a la baignade mais excellente pour un aquarium personnel incompétent et excecrable j'ai quitter cet hotel au bout de 4 nuits tellement j'etais fatigué car en plus l'hotel est bruyant et le personnel n'hesite pas a vous deranger pour n'importe quoi j'attend de vos nouvelle et j'espere que vous sortirez cet hotel de votre site cordialement je me tiens a votre entiere disposition pour vous envoyer les photos

Apart from the location and friendly staff nothing else, swimming pool was not in useable state.

Very dirty environment. Very old toilet systems, laundry area was very dirty and not a pleasing sight for the eyes.

The staff were okay but they kept askin me everyday if I had other people staying with me?i had to answer everyday which got a bit tiring after the second time they asked.

The apartments were a bit outdated.i remember staying there eight years ago for a week.i thought the rooms were outdated then?they still are today...in dire need of some updating..

Everyone was friendly and the location was good for our purposes.

Both nights there was a continuous high pitch sound from the outside but no one seemed to be able to figure it out.

Many things I didn't like: The linens were not clean, The bed was infested with bed bugs and other insects. The hotel management refused to cancel my booking. I had to pay for one night even though I didn't sleep at all that night.

The location of the hotel is exceelent where you can only commute on foot to the city. It is a hotel/apartment which gives you the choice either to eat in the city or cook in the hotel.

I like the location and privacy.

Very disappointing , dirty , broken down and unloved air-conditioning not working and leaking thru bed . staff very pleasant though

Je n'ai pas apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel ou nous n'avons pas eu d'eau pendant 2 soirées et les chambres manquent de propreté ainsi que la piscine manque d'hygiène. Nous sommes tombés malades par manque d'hygiène : infection au mollet, fièvreuse... Je ne ferais pas de pub pour cet hôtel : pub mensongère sur internet.

I like the way their staff shared important information about the neighboring environment.

I didn't like the way they made me pay accommodation fee with extra money saying I used my visa card. I can't understand why I was discouraged to use my visa card and made me pay extra 5 %. it was not fair. and for that next time I can't go there.
