The atmosphere.

The food and drinks were completely overpriced. The food wasn't good.

Friendly relaxed atmosphere and happy staff members. Loved the sound of waves breaking on beach in the morning no problems booking anything taxis etc

Beer prices very expensive compared to Denarau. We were not impressed with the system of paying for drinks at bar. It gave us the feeling that staff members could not be trusted. We feel that a till system at bar would be a lot quicker and more efficient.

Stayed in a bungalow with terrific view of the ocean. Beach right in front of you

The management and Not good happy hour. Only discount on the draft beer.

Right next to the beach, staff are attentive and eager to go out of their way to help, free breakfast, bungalows are traditional and authentic.

Food was a little bit expensive.

Don't come with 5 star expectations. Accommodation is minimal but quaint. A great place to stay for chill out time.

The solitude

The bathroom was much too small and the door was in the way and would not stay open. Had to put a pillow there to keep it open.

Management not so helpful. Had to inform them everyday for 3 days that we had no hot water.

over priced tired rooms and pretty unclean

Mosquito breeding ponds under the Bures. The filthy swimming pool. The overpriced food. The arrogant attitude of management. The goat track road in.

staying in a bure style setting close to the beach

airconditioning did not cool the whole place properly. the side with the bunk beds was very hot.

Being close to the beach was lovely. The food was good, and cheap considering you were in a resort. Some of the staff were good. The free snorkelling trip was nice and the use of the resort canoes etc.

Some of the staff were stroppy, disinterested and rude on occasion. It was very hot while we there there and when we asked for water and ice some of the bar staff were unpleasant about this. One of the receptionists was rude and unhelpful.

Close to airport and Nadi. Swimming pool is ok.

Staff is lazy and not very enthusiastic. The resort has huge potential but they really can't live up to it. Prices in the restaurant are absolutely crazy, went out for dinner with cab every single night, which was still way cheaper. The beach is more black than white but the seats and umbrellas were pretty cool. If they just invest a little more and give it a more Fijian touch it can still become an interesting resort. Bring white sand, nice personnel, some Fijian musicians and this review would've been a lot better.

I love Club Fiji, this was my second time staying, the staff, especially Tonga, and Kuki....the best Bar staff, and friends ever :) without them the place would not be the same...prices of food and drinks are very reasonable...massages too.....and the accomodation is very comfortable and clean and just what you need..Its close to Nadi town, so easy ans inexpensive to get around $4 fj for a cab.....I Will be back again on my next trip for sure :)

beach, area around the huts and the beach appeared very untidy

It was a lovely spot, the bures wereright on the beach and spacious. the staff were happy, smiley and welcoming. The bar and restaruant was a big open fornt bure and lovely setting. The food was good, the prices were reasonable. Its idela if you just want to relax and lie y the beach and not do much. We ha dbeen on a 3 month touring holiday and this was the last stop before england so ideal for r and r. Value for money for sure compared to the veyr expensive resorts, and to be honest this had chareter, charm and ristic and original where you dont get that in thenew modern resorts. this is suitable for anyone that wnats value for money and no frills. we had a great 6 days there.

Accomodation

Setting - beach is more of a mud flat at low tide, not sure if this is typical or result of storm damage earlier in the year Access- rough road, transport to other destinations not easy Pollution- general area either side of resort badly polluted not readily visible unless you walk outside of resort confines

The bar staff were excellent. They were friendly and attentive.

The facilities and rooms were dated and badly in need of modernisation. They were extremely basic and definitely not worth the price we paid.We felt like we paid 5star prices for a 1star resort. The resort was not what we expected nor was it like the photogtraphs suggested.

The Bar staff were very friendly and they seemed to be reasonable accommodating during a power cut

They hold the remote to the rooms air conditioning for a $18 ransom so if you wish to sleep in a room cooler than 30 degrees you have pay them extra monies which I personally found very cheeky

Terrible food, money grabbing management. Very unhelpful with children.

We stayed there before flying out of Fiji after island hopping. We thought it would be a better option than an airport hotel as it was only 15 mins from the airport and had more of a holiday feel.

The rooms are a bit dated. They are joined as well, so not an ideal location if you want privacy.

Internet is 6fjd per an hour. So far away from the city Food there are so expensive !

Great location, great staff, lovely gardens and plenty to do there.
