Privacy, Close to City and the Australian Embassy, Natural surroundings, plants and garden well maintained, friendly and helpful staff.

Driveway to the Hotel parking area is very narrow driving from a busy intersection.

The staff were very friendly

1- The location is very poor. 2- Too bad as value for money. 3- food too eexpensive (two eggs cost 30 Dollars).

The hotel is a charming old colonial house. The rooms were large and comfortable. Brand new bathroom. Nice pool. Quiet location apart from downtown Suva, but easily reachable by a cheap taxi ride. Great food.

Hidden Treasure One of the best unique hotel in Suva.

Lovely ambience. Quiet. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely pool. Much better than staying in town.

Parking can be difficult if you are driving your own car. Breakfast very ordinary. Dinner has to be pre ordered. Better to go out and find a restaurant.

Great place, great atmosphere a very comfortable place to stay with convenient access to Suva town.

The meals a not really up to the standard of the rest of the place, they're OK but a little disappointing.

Small private hotel retaining the feel of the old plantation house that it was originally. Well restored to modern comfort levels. Staff very helpful and friendly. Staff arranged for taxi transfers to/from Nadi and made dinner booking at a local restaurant for us. Breakfast and lunch excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Rooms at the front of the hotel face the main road which can be a bit noisy until traffic settled. Located a little away from the shopping area but still only a short, cheap taxi ride required. No tea/coffee making facility in room

Poor shower. Only luke warm and collapsed shower head. Over priced for what you get.

Good location and very hospitable staff.

Food prices especially breakfast need to indicate price structure better,also rollout bed so two adults can share room ,charges of 30;00 a bit high.

Das Five Princes würde ich eher als "Guest House" und weniger als "Hotel" bezeichnen

très beau cadre dans un jardin tropical. bungalow très très joliment décoré, très bien équipé avec un cachet "tropical". Excellent accueil et grande disponibilité du staff;

We were very disappointed about this hotel. We were expecting a nice and friendly hotel which we can spend a relax day after the 30 hours flight and bus trip from Canada. The hotel is not known to some of the taxi driver alth it's not far from downtown. When we arrived the hotel no door man or staff at the front entrance . We had to carry our luggage . The room located is in the middle of the socall garden with a little path only. Not a garden view as per the ad. The service was poor.. The biggest surprise is when we checked out the next morning around 5:30am we found out that no staff was on night duty at the front desk or the hotel.. The worst thing is the doors at the front desk and main entrance was locked. We waited till 6am when the first staff-the garden worker showed up. What if there is an emergence or fire happened, how can the hotel guess get help????? With the price we paid, this is the worst hotel we have ever had so far.....

I was surprised how much I enjoyed the stay, it was very peaceful & calm - just very nice to stay there. The gardens & view are beautiful, & the staff very friendly. I stayed in the garden cottage and it was very quiet. They have a nice pool as well. Home-cooked dinners to order.

Water was not very hot. You need a taxi to get to town or anywhere, but it usually takes 5 minutes to call one and they are not expensive. Wi/fi is and breakfast are extra. I was not very impressed with the breakfast- I bought my own fruit.

The decor was a treat. The old colonial atmosphere of the environment was quaint and refreshing.The bed linen was superb.Staff were helpful and responsive. Food was fresh and tasty and the dinning area was lovely. An oasis in Suva town.

Prices for spirits were a bit steep.

Location. Great staff, cleanliness and beautiful garden surroundings.

My stay wasnt long enough and I only used the room to sleep as I was out every day at the family gatherings. Definitley like to use the facilities more next time.
