Manager accepted my complaint and made up for it which was very appreciated and recommend for understanding

The room was not to my expections, as the web said.

Booking said room included fan but there was no fan in the room. Broken tap in sink.

Though closer to the Airport and Suva Lautoka highway(with regards to noise), I'd say its really quiet.

Hand held showers are great. But don't like when it has nothing to hook it up to.

Nothing at all

The service was really really bad and the hotel shoudnt be named as hotel but backpackers. I was given room 8 and there was no lights, ceilings were rust and were leaking, floors were wet. I straight went back to the hotel manager and complained about it. He said someone is still in the room which he was going to give me but then have to wait for 1 and half hour which could have been 6:30. So he asked us to stay in his so called deluxe room and later wanted me to pay extra and stay in the deluxe room. The manager told me that he didnt charge me on my visa card so asked for cash but didnt give me reciept and left the so called hotel. I was asked by the reception lady to move to other room at around 9:30. I was very upset and moved to the other hotel paying extra money to have sleep well. I will also take this matter ahead. I would never ever stay in gate 8 hotel. The service and the manager were pathetic.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. And the rooms were very spacious and modern

A very poor accommodation which I can't recommend.

The room smelt, the shower and toilet were continually dripping with water and I felt very unsafe at the accommodation. It is stuck in the middle of a field and has no facilities nearby - to get some food or a drink. I would not wish to stay here again and would not recommend the accommodation to anyone...it is a very poor standard!!

maybe gate 8 should improve the security system like building a fence, which will make guests feel safe.

空港から近いところにあること。ただし、近辺に追いはぎのような輩が出没します。私もあやうく真昼にそのよ- うな輩に車に連れ込まれそうになりました。ここに泊まるなら昼間でも外出には十分注意してください。掃除だ- けは良かったかな。 It's near the airport, but sometimes you may come across the men and women who will try to capture you and rob you of your money. I met such men and wonen and almost captured in their car in the daytime. If you stay at this hotel, when you go out of the hotel , be careful even in the daytime !　Only house cleaning was good.

ここはホテルとは名ばかりで、アパート感覚です。午後８時から翌朝８時まで、ホテル関係者はいなくなります- 。また土日も滞在客に断りなくホテル関係者がいなくなることがあり、大変困りました。 夜中に水回りの大きなトラブルがありましたが、ホテル側は何もしてくれませんでした。誰でもホテル内に侵入- できてセキュリティーは全くありません。夜はとても安全とはいえません。備品もうそばかり。電子レンジ備え- 付けのはずが、それもなし。陽が照った日もシャワーはほぼ冷水。ベッドシーツやバスタオルも毎日は交換して- くれません。インターネットはできますが、受付の所でしかつながりませんし、２日に一度は支配人がホテル滞- 在者に連絡なくパスワードを変更してしまうので、実際は使えないことが多いことを覚悟して置いてください。- 同じ金額でもマーティンタールのホテルのほうがよほどましで、そちらの方を是非おすすめします。 This is not a hotel but an apartment. There is no hotel staff between 8 pm and 8 am.And sometimes there is no hotel staff on Saturday and Sunday without telling their absence to the guests. It gave us some trouble. Once there was a big trouble about a drain pipe, dirty water spread on the kitchen floor at night but no hotel staff helped us. There is no security and anyone can break into the hotel. Gate 8 is not safe at night. The information of the hotel equipment is not true. There was no microwave oven. Even a sunny day warm water did not come out of the shower. The did not change bed sheets and covers and towels every day. The hotel information says we can use the internet, but we could use the internet only near the front and the hotel manager changed the password for the internet every two days without suggesting us, it was very incovenient. I recommeend the hotels in Martintar. They are much safer and better than Gate 8.

客の要望をできることは、満たしてくれた。例えば、冷蔵庫、電子レンジが必要といえば、空いた部屋から取り- 寄せてくれた。夫婦と従業員１人だけなのでフレンドリー。大型スーパーマーケットまで歩いて１２分の近さ。-

空き地の一軒家で、日没後は治安が心配。２階建てで、窓、ドアが セキュリティーの不安あり。

location not suitable with out vehicle. airconditioning was not satisfactory just would not recomemd it at all

提前在信用卡扣掉房费，我因输的是朋友信用卡，我想入住时付现金，结果是不可以！！！
