Close to the airport, nice welcome, friendly staff

Room was a bit out dated, coctails at the bar were way over priced

Staff not overly helpful, wifi is REALLY expensive, the rooms are very average, located on main road too far to Nadi or any restaurants (have no choice but to eat in hotel). Building work throughout out stay which we weren't told about. Cold showers and very slow service everywhere.

It was a good stop over before heading out to the islands.

I liked being greeted by fresh flowers on the bed, and sitting outside the room having a morning cup of tea and enjoying the lovely courtyard. There was a grocery store within walking distance and also a bus stop into town nearby.

After being to the main town of Nadi and Port Denarau, I think this is the best area to stay in Nadi. There are a few good restaurants nearby and the Bounty up the road has free wi-fi. The hotel is clean and quiet and the staff are friendly and the buffet breakfast is good value.

Its pretty much what you would expect from a Mercure Hotel. Don't expect to much from Nadi - get to the islands!

It wasn't far from the airport, Nadi town or the port. The staff were really friendly. Breakfast was good too

The room air-con had no remote. It was on constantly and was set far too cold. It actually made me feel like I was getting a cold and made our bodies ache every morning. I wore a jumper to bed every night. I heard every room was the same.

Only stayed a few hours in transit but it was perfect for a short stop. Rooms were spacious, well equipped and basic - good motel style. Reception was excellent - as were all the staff. Good value for money and meals were tasty and filling. Pleasant small pool area with plenty of sunbeds but not a lot of shade. Excellent location for the airport and plenty of restaurants and shops close by.

not suitable for a long stay unless you were really budget conscious. Only air con in rooms not in public areas but this seemed to be common to Fiji hotels.

I only stayed for one night before I fly out the next day there is a hotel transfer to the airport which took 10 minutes he staff where very helpful the pool is unreal very close to town I will be back next time I will stay longer Thank you

Everything was spot on no issues at all

A sign of a great hotel is when something you have left in your room when you leave makes it back to you and doesn't disappear forever. I happened to forget my kindle reader on the bed and the next day when I asked the hotel if it had been found I was pleased to see that room service had already handed it in. This is always a sign of great staff. Room is comfortable and spacious. Hotel has a nice feeling and a good green area. Pool is adequate. Breakfast is complete. Good place to stay when you come to Nadi.

I did book the deluxe king room and was surprised when I was downgraded without being informed that they were giving me a simpler room. When I asked to confirm that I was getting the room I had requested and already paid for the attendant got all fussy and went to look for a manager to break me the bad news. In the end I was given the room I paid for the next day and provided a bottle of champagne for my troubles. Amusingly they weren't correct when it came to charging as I still had to pay the rate of the more expensive room for the first night. So no way can I say that the bottle of champagne was complementary.

Small and Intimate

Excellent position for proximity to airport as we were in transit. Free shuttle pickup and delivery to airport, on time, and most accommodating. Rooms spacious in lovely garden setting. Bags kept for us during day, as we had checked out in morning, and able to use the hotel facilities until the plane departure late in the day.

No free wifi, and not great value lunch in restaurant.

The staff were very friendly and warm. There was a peacefulness in Fiji that I didn't find in Hawaii.

The transfer vehicle was old & crappy, it wasn't the best first impression. It needs new shock absorbers at the back.

The television defininetly needs upgrading with more channels such hindi or movie channels like other hotel i stayed in. Their internet services is extremely expensive and not worth it. I spend $5.50 for half n hour but only used it for 5 mins. The spa services was rather expensive compared to other hotel and the services was no difference.

The Mecure Nadi was a relatively cheap hotel to stay in. It was basic but clean and tidy and provided an overnight base for us after a long international flight.

Convenient to town and market shopping. Quiet room. Staff were friendly.
