Has all the essentials. Nice clean and tidy. Good options with gym equipment and has a choice of 2 pools good for kids. Not much to see around the area. Recomend for family with kids looking for lazing around the pool
sheets were a bit stained and got some unexpected visitors from roaches and 1 of our shower didnt work. The Food is pretty average as we got room service for a pizza it tasted blan ive tasted better pizza from a box, chips were cold.
The location was bad. You would not venture out at night without a police escort. it's an Industrial area. Tanoa Waterfront hotel is so called because you can see the sea between the passing trucks and the new patio that was being erected We moved after one night. If your looking for Fiji it's not here. It's an awful area, holiday makers AVOID!!!
Restaurant evening food very slow to arrive
I stayed at the hotel. I had to book two rooms as I was told there were no family rooms. We are regular travellers and wish there were facilities for self contained accomodation.
The welcoming and friendly staff and the pina coladas lol the price for the hotel and the food was great!
Our toilet didnt flush that we and the shower was leaking but there was renovations at the time of put stay which was understandable
Restaurant food was good, Serving sizes were also generous. Try out the $20 FJD BBQ or the Brownie. Location - close to town Friendly staff
Towels - old and off white - borderline yellow Linen needs updating - same as the towel off white/yellow bathroom smell like a public toilet
Some maintenance issues need attention.
friendly staff and convenient location to Lautoka town
Hotel is undergoing construction so it is noisy with dust flying all over the place; often, there was dirt/dust in the swimming pool. Should note this in advertisements so that guests know what to expect.
Good Music,Friendly Staff
Room smelled of fresh paint, could not sleep all night. The staff should have the intelligence to leave windows opened. The bathroom would flood with shower water as it would not drain quickly.
Clean rooms, staff friendly but need all information when checking in - rules, card payments issues, activities, etc. Comfortable beds.
Smell of paint throughout our stay especially at night.
the service and staff were wonderful and welcoming . looking forward to staying again next year hopefully . Thank you
Location was very good. It was great to be away from the Nadi noise and commotion. The bus service is good but having a car was very useful for our purposes. The tourist info. person supplied at the hotel was a real bonus! The facilities are very good overall and the service was great.
The hotel was undergoing renovation at the time and many of the rooms were unavailable. Our room was no where near the quality we had been promised (mainly because it was very aged with bathroom fittings and tiling, screen doors and general room state was low. The swimming pool was not very clear although it also seemed to be undergoing some improvements.
Just 1 night stay for a function, everything was good - great value for price
We arrived at 3.00pm instead of 2.00pm check in but the room was not ready and then when the room was ready - no towels
I wanted a place near the town so it was ideal. The staff were very friendly. Every time we go to Lautoka we stay at the Tanoa Waterfront.
The food was really nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Had a big King sized bed. It was Air conditioned with a balcony. The hotel Had everything we needed including a nice big pool and a gym. We had a massage which was excellent and only $25 FD for half an hour which was really good value.
Wifi was expensive but is is the same for most hotels in Fiji it seems.
The rooms r very dirty and when u ask for towels I have to call 5 time and wait 3 hours before I got them
Could not have a better location for visiting the city on foot, walking along the water, or getting to the cruise wharf. A great start to our vacation.
There is no where nice to eat in this part of the island
Warm welcome at reception, very efficient check-in. Beautiful room, clean and quiet. Tongan national rugby team and staff were present preparing for their test-match against Fiji which added a lot of ambience.
Very poor at breakfast menu
I like everything about the Waterfront
I stay here at least 2 times a year. New block (block 5) is nice but better for business travelers, if you are on holiday book Executive pool side rooms in blocks 3 and 4.
construction going on next to the new block from early till late.
The staff were very helpful. friendly and obliging.
The only thing I did not like was that sometimes the starway and balcony leading to the room in the new wing were a little dusty and dirty (just mud etc).
New and clean accomodation.
Bathroom water was little overflowing ie floor level is same inside and outside of the bathroom.
Everything was very good...the staff were friendly and very helpful.
