Location and Price The hotel is a total dump. The carpeting in the hallway needs to be ripped out immediately. The mold in the bathroom speaks for what needs to happen. Rip out the halls and start over. I would not stay here again.

The staffs are really nice and helpful. The location is great, just minutes walk to the beach. The room is clean and warm. Nice choice if you are a budgeted traveller. A little bit old, the walls are licking water when we arrived.

I have never stayed at 2stars hotels before and it is difficult to write positive opinion. But it should be sayed that for 26 euro there were quite normal conditions and hotel looks like really as 2+ stars hotel, not very comfotable, some part of it was clean and designed :) as for positive sides, I could say: +bath +tv +balcon My opinion is... The hotel could be fine just for one night,max two,but no loger. As for location.... This hotel could have 6 from 10 Negative are: no elevator no hair-dryer (but for 2stars is it ok) very noisy if you open a window door is easy opened

I was agreaably surprised-I thought my room adequate for the price I paid. Staff very welcoming . Especially enjoyed meeting Fred-quite a character-so laid back I found he made me feel relaxed . the room was a little smelly and the toilet door was too close to the toilet.

etablissement tres simple ,vetusté de la chambre (papier dechiré, ampoule ne correspondant pas au spot ..) Quant à la salle de bain moisissures,baignoire tres vétuste, un filet d eau froide ou brulante, une fuite aux toilettes.

Accueil du personnel plutôt bon, emplacement proche du centre ville et à deux pas de la promenade des Anglais. Un hôtel dans un état proche du taudis. Moquette incroyablement tachée dans les couloirs, des tableaux mal accrochés, une lampe arrachée avec fils apparent, des détritus qui trainent dans les couloirs (vieilles planches de bois, vieux lits rouillés....). Chambres à la limite de la propreté, taches aux murs, au sol, sanitaires très limites. Normes de sécurité limites aussi dans notre chambre, avec la tv branchée sur des prises arrachées. (J'ai des photos à l'appui !) Difficile de comprendre comment cet établissement a pu récolter deux étoiles !

+ Situation geographique en centre ville dans un coin tres agreable + type de construction ancienne de charme + ouverture 24h sur 24 gardien + personnes au standard agreables + prix tres attractif y compris sur petit dejeuner - Chambre tres sale obligee demander de "retirer la ... qui trainait au sol à la tete du lit - saleté generale de l'hotel et tout qui traine genre poubelles , aspirateur dans la salle petit dejeuner -vetusté globale , manque d'isolation phonique entre chambres et vers couloir - personnel de menage et salle de dejeuner parlant tres fort au lieu de travailler , pas du tout attentif au client - connaissant bien l'hotellerie , j'ai pensé que cet hotel ne devait pas etre tenu par des professionnels !!!

Accueil chaleureux lors de mon arrivee a 23h30 Photos sur le site qui ne correspondent pas du tout a la realite , la moquette dans les couloirs est horrible , tres sale ! Chambre individuelle tres petite , style tres vieux ! Douche infecte , salete , moisissure noire , douchette qui ne fonctionne pas , tres petit jet , on se cogne sur paroi assez faciliment ! Literie a refaire . Heureusement que je suis reste 1 nuit ! Honnetement , passez votre chemin , a bon entendeur !!!!

Posizione ottima a due passi dal mare, da piazza Massena e dalla Vieux Nice. Prezzo ragionevole considerando che ha il bagno in stanza e non in comune anche se lascia un po a desiderare. Se non si hanno troppe pretese può andare...

离海边很近，有免费WIFI，但如果住在顶层的话收到信号有点困难。旁边有家不错的肉店。 如果第一次去的话，找到酒店还有点困难，因为尼斯小路太多了。离火车站步行的话15分钟是肯定要的。房间内- 设施一般。好象没看到床单，垫的类似于毡垫。

La proximité de la mer et des beaux endroits alentours. La vétusté des peintures de la chambre et la salle de bain minuscule surtout la douche ! si on est jeune et pas regardant pour le prix c'est top sinon si c'est pour un weekend romantique oubliez !!!!!!
