The staff was friendly and helpful. Wifi in our room had good signal.

No lift! Had to carry my luggage all the way to the 4th floor!

The staff member on duty was very helpful

Room too small, unpainted, damp smell, appalling decor and dirty carpets

We didnt pay much + our dbl room was quite big + there was hot water in the shower and perssure was ok + staff was quite friendly and helpful + location is perfect just behind negresco hotel.

It was very hot because the heating was turned on 100% all the timebut we opened the window it was ok. Better hot than freezing cold :)

The room was filthy and the bathroom covered in mould.

It has been really easy to find, excellent location

The staffs are really nice and helpful. The location is great, just minutes walk to the beach. The room is clean and warm. Nice choice if you are a budgeted traveller.

A little bit old, the walls are licking water when we arrived.

I have never stayed at 2stars hotels before and it is difficult to write positive opinion. But it should be sayed that for 26 euro there were quite normal conditions and hotel looks like really as 2+ stars hotel, not very comfotable, some part of it was clean and designed :) as for positive sides, I could say: +bath +tv +balcon My opinion is... The hotel could be fine just for one night,max two,but no loger. As for location.... This hotel could have 6 from 10

Negative are: no elevator no hair-dryer (but for 2stars is it ok) very noisy if you open a window door is easy opened

ビーチまで100mのアクセス。

二星ホテルの割に部屋がカビ臭くて汚ない。 自販機もあるが商品もなく使われていない。 ベットサイドの棚もナナメに、なっていて使いづらい サービス料金で泊まったが、何となく納得。

L'hotel è situato abbastanza in centro, comodo per raggiungere diversi punti di interesse.

Non ci sono posteggi dell'hotel, e posteggiare a Nizza non è evidente! La struttura é vecchia, né buona né pessima. Manca l'ascensore per salire alle camere.

La posizione è fantastica sia per la spiaggia che per muoversi, i prezzi consigliabili.. Le camere sono spartane ma nel complesso complete (tv, aria condizionata) e pulite..

-Très bon emplacement, tout près de la Promenade des Anglais (petite rue, juste derrière le Négresco, à proximité de la zone piétonne et des commerces). - Accueil sympathique et réception assurée 24 heures sur 24. - Petit déjeuner basique mais correct, servi en salle au 1er étage. - Chambre ancienne mais convenable avec carrelage au sol, grand lit en 120 et salle d'eau attenante très propre avec douche et WC. - Tv écran plat satisfaisant. - Rapport qualité prix correct : 44 euros la nuit avec petit déjeuner inclus.

- Pas d'ascenseur. - Des travaux de rénovation seraient souhaitables, notamment le changement de revêtement de sol dans les couloirs des parties communes ! - Hôtel 2 étoiles non luxueux à recommander pour sa situation géographique si rapport qualité prix correct (nuitée inférieure à 50 euros).
