Nice and friendly staff in the reception. English spoken. Very good location close to shopping, restaurants and beach. Parking available nearby (expensive, but it always is in Nice). Eat you breakfast out, the hotel breakfast is very basic and boring compared to other French hotels in the same class. You will get better value at a restaurant. No elevator. |

Leaving this hotel to check into a better one at the same price just down the road. The male staff at reception were not helpful or friendly at all, our toilet smelt and the beds were not comfortable. There was no lift and it made it very difficult to carry our baggage up countless stairs. The wi-fi was limited to the lobby only and even then it was very very slow. |

Hotel is in a good location, one street back from the sea front and close to ample restauarnts. The centre of town, bus and train station are all within walking distance. The local bus number 23 from terminal 1 at the airport has a stop less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel which is ideal and only costs 1 Euro. There is also a free shuttle bus which goes between terminal 1 and 2. Had a double room and sink and shower room were through an arch and toilet in a seperate cubicle but too small as couldn't shut the door whilst sat on toilet, not enough room! Hotel didn't have a lift also so had to carry suitcases up the stairs. |

If you are looking for someplace that is safe and clean this is it. Remember only use it to sleep, not a place to relax at. Needed a coat of paint. |

Visting the museum,art gallery other major tourist locations and walking the promanard. Generally well worn decor and fittings and basic breakfast. |

clean, comforatble, central, Noisy hotel users banging on the doors, staff constantly questioning you who you are despite it been a small hotel with few rooms almost initimadting. |

This room was one of the best values of my trip. It was clean and had a great corner view of Nice. I will try and stay there again. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the wonderful beach and promenade. |

the cheap price was appealing and the proximity to the beach. also the front desk allowed us to leave our bags in a locked closet, while we searched for a different hotel. the smell of mold in the bathroom, difficult door(had to spend at least five minutes trying to lock the door), stench of urine when we first walked in, and tiny shower. this hotel is perfect if you just need a place to sleep. |

The hotel is in a good location and the price is good for a budget hotel. The room and hotel is very basic as expected for the price. The bathroom was decent with lots of hot water. I would recommend this hotel if you are on a budget but do not expect much in the way of 'atmosphere'. All the staff were very nice and spoke English. |

nice room-good view. was cleaned everyday bathroom-there was mould -it was smelly and greepy.after cleaning proces room smells bad, they probably used old smelly mopp.... |

the proximity of the hotel to the town center, the staff, the fact that rooms have their own big bathroom It was said that there is wireless internet in the rooms, but the last floor did not offer this option and this was the reason I chose this hotel over another that had the same price but breakfast was included. |

In city center,near aeroport,beach,staff are very nice and polite,speak English, Carpets in coriddor are little dirty,bathrooms are little olddie, but clean,walls need some refresments,no elevator |

The best location - 1 minute walk till the sea side, close to the restaurants,shops, very friendly n helpfull stuff, clean rooms. Liked it very much for price and location is the best!! A little bit thin walls:) |
