If you like wacky hotels, 3.14 is the wackiest hotel in Cannes. |

Very unusual experience in room design and the dark plush cushioned hallways during the day were really amazing to me although my husband did not care for that, he felt some of the effects were over the top.... My husband was overcharged at check out and we did not know till much later..i plan to follow up with the hotel as to what we were charged, as we did not have any extra services there per se, the poolbar was very expensive... |

Some quirky things. Going in the off season is definitely a good rate, was fun novelity don't think it would be a great peak season, don't think staff could handle the demand. Getting service was difficult, it was just before the film festival and lots of construction going on. Had booked beauty treatment and when I turned up, was told it couldn't happen, ruined a day of planning around a treatment |

The hotel was perfectly located, close to beach front and only 15 min easy walk to train station. The room was amazing - and the love box was a nice surprise!! |

Front desk lady was exceedingly pleasant and helpful. The sumptuous room decor was very relaxing. At one point I didn't leave for 20 hours. Oh and of course the complimentary Love Box ... Sadly wasted as I travelled alone. |

The location of hotel is good and near top hotels on la croisette, hot tub and pool area overlooking Med sea is impressive. The price of soft drinks from the pool bar, 7 Euro each! Drinks are slightly cheaper at the hotel beach bar but you pay 20 Euro per person for sun-bed on beach for the day. That seems to be the going rate at all private beaches though. Would recommend paying for beach as it,s very pleasant. |

Loved the design. Interesting lighting, colours, beautiful canaries! All conveniences were provided and more. The space cleverly anticipated one's desire for comfort, convenience and whimsey. Honeycomb robes, custom flip-flops, unique toilletteries and things. The experience was a unique one: artsy, fun, wonderful pool & jacuzzi, view and bartender JoJo on rooftop. Not so much the hotel but some of the staff exuded an attitude that makes one feel like an intruder. (But unfortunately that's common in France!) They also allow dogs, although even though I am allergic, I did not have any reaction. The cleanliness standards are impressive. |

Was a very good experience, the location was perfect, room had a reasonable size for two people, have not experienced any issues during our stay Daily parking costs 20 EUR. If you travel with your car, this cost should be considered additionally. And use of hotel's private beach does not bring any significant cost benefit vs other nearby beaches |

Discover a small corner of paradise in Cannes. Only a few steps from the beaches of La Croisette and the luxury boutiques, the hotel welcomes you in modern surroundings and provides the highest level... |
The hotel was completely renovated in April 2007 and it is ideally located in Cannes’ city centre, in Rue d’Antibes, 150 metres from the famous Croisette and 15 minutes from the Palais des Festivals. |
The hotel is ideally located in Cannes facing the famous Palais des Festivals, at the furthest point of the old harbour, along-side the yachts and the fine sandy beaches. |
Located in central Cannes, by the famous La Croisette and overlooking the Iles de Lérins, this hotel boasts a private beach. The refurbished rooms feature contemporary design and 4-star luxury. |
