Het design is heel leuk. Er wordt veel aandacht aan besteed en is niet standaard. Aardige mensen, behulpzaam en niet te stijf. Ik vind de prijs te hoog. Dat zal zeker door de ligging komen maar vind het echt absurt duur. En wat jammer is, is dat het privestrand al om 6 uur sluit. Enorm raar. |

Vriendelijke ontvangst, behulpzaam, voorkomend. Het mannelijke, veelal gay, personeel, was veel vriendelijker dan de dames. Wij hadden handtas, met waardevolle spullen, vergeten bij uitchecken, deze stond keurig onaangeroerd klaar toen wij er 10 minuten later achter kwamen. Bij uitchecken was onsympathieke vrouwel.receptioniste vervangen door een zeer voorkomende jongeman. Aanbetaling verplicht terwijl creditcardnummer bekend was+ extra check nummer creditcard. Receptioniste gaf uit haarzelf geen recu , in eerste instantie, terwijl we aanbetaling van 500 euro deden. Recu pas na aandringen van onze kant. Harde muziek luid te horen in onze kamer, op dond.-,vrijdag- en zaterdagavond, na klacht hierover stopte dit....Begrepen niet waarom onze kamer superior was, weinig ruimte...Receptioniste groet niet bij binnenkomst 's avonds, zeer hautain. |

Voldoende personeel aanwezig zodat er onmiddellijk ingespeeld werd op de gevraagde service. Zeer goede ligging. |

Prima locatie vlakbij de Croisette. Het over de top design van de verschillende etages heeft wel wat. Het dakterras met zwembad is klein, maar geweldig fijn. Hele hotel voelt wat knullig. De koffie is echt niet te drinken. Het met swipe cards vergrendelde liftsysteem zorgt ervoor dat je 2 keer per dag vast zit in de lift en uiteindelijk maar de trap neemt. |

Echt helemaal niets, behalve de barman bij het zwembad De smerige kamer, de zwarte randen in het bad/douche, de slechte service, het eten, de ontvangst, de brutale bellboys, het niet werken van de veel geroemde jacuzzi, het niet werken van de betaalde WiFi |

sfeer wegens familiale omstandigheden moest ik het hotel een dag vroeger verlaten en toch moest ik de overnachting betalen ondanks opzeg smorgens vroeg |

everything.especially the beach 3.14 on sunday:-))the food at CINK was great too.and very intimate and cosy.rooms were great on oceanis floor.poool/jacuzzi was perfect after a day of traveling.staff on ground floor were extremely helpful with everything i asked about.one of the best hotel i have stayed at.and i always stay at boutique/designer-hotels. a small bar in the reception area. |

The bar and reception design was good Dirty, smelly room/bathroom, there were spilled drink marks up the wall, unfriendly staff, extortionate prices, 70 Euro's to get your car cleaned which they don't tell you about untill you check out. (Luckily they waived this) Room was so dark you could hardly see yourself in the mirror, design in Africa was poor. Wires hanging from beneath the marked tv table, no dvd player, in general just awful. Have stayed in much better for less |

I liked their pool on the roof. It was a nice set-up even if we had to pay extra for it. They assigned us a room right in front of the elevator. Before even unpacking we went to reception to try to change room but they claimed all they had left was in front of the elevator. I don't know if it's because I didn't book directly with them but they looked at our file on the computer and kept telling us there was nothing they could do. They tried to convince us we wouldn't hear the elevators but we were and we were hearing the conversations of everybody waiting for the elevators and getting off them in the morning and at night. We also chose this hotel because they had a private beach on the Croisette but we were never able to reserve a good spot. The concierge guaranteed 3 rd row or better but you wouldn't get it. |

Very nice concept that makes your experience in a hotel different from the usual. Nice and stimulating for couples. Some of the furniture and facilities are run down, and is a little expensive for what you get, |

Very unusual experience in room design and the dark plush cushioned hallways during the day were really amazing to me although my husband did not care for that, he felt some of the effects were over the top.... My husband was overcharged at check out and we did not know till much later..i plan to follow up with the hotel as to what we were charged, as we did not have any extra services there per se, the poolbar was very expensive... |

Some quirky things. Going in the off season is definitely a good rate, was fun novelity don't think it would be a great peak season, don't think staff could handle the demand. Getting service was difficult, it was just before the film festival and lots of construction going on. Had booked beauty treatment and when I turned up, was told it couldn't happen, ruined a day of planning around a treatment |

Nice rooms, but not as good as shown on the website. Very centraly located, nice roof terrace with pool. Some of the employes does not speak english at all. |

The hotel was perfectly located, close to beach front and only 15 min easy walk to train station. The room was amazing - and the love box was a nice surprise!! |

Front desk lady was exceedingly pleasant and helpful. The sumptuous room decor was very relaxing. At one point I didn't leave for 20 hours. Oh and of course the complimentary Love Box ... Sadly wasted as I travelled alone. |

L'ottima posizione in funzione delle attrazioni della città. La disponibilità dello staff e la vasta scelta dei servizi messi a disposizione, infine davvero brillante l'intuizine per quanto riguarda l'arredamento delle camere. Forse il prezzo della prima colazione potrebbe essere rivisto in quanto decisamente costoso., ma i bar nelle vicinanze offrono davvero una valida alternativa. |
