I loved the decor of the whole hotel and especially the room. The location was very central, perfect!

No dislikes.

I used your site to book a family room I was in a hurry - I searched it gave me this hotel as a family room, you booked us under 4 adults and they gave us 2 seperate rooms, on your confirmation you said this might happen I did not read the confirmation as presumed it was confirming what you had told me - that I had booked a family room I am disappointed in your website and in the fact that you passed on our booking for our 2 young children who's ages we gave you as 2 adults it was not at all what we wanted

Friendly staff, even though we had the impression that they are kind of arrogant (we guess it is normal in France). The location was near the Eiffel tower. Nice rooms.

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms - stylish - great shower. Fun and friendly. Would stay here again.

Lovely hotel, brilliant location

No air conditioning as described in feature on advert! Was very hot even when in the middle of march! When I said to the hotel staff about they said it wouldn't work in the cold season but this isn't on the advertising board and the shower leaked! Also when told other member of staff about it being hot they just said its better being hot than cold! Well I had to sleepless night through being so hot! The price of the hotel seems very expensive compared to hotels I have stayed where cooling controls compare to each resident! It's the only thing that spoiled the trip! Other wise was a good hotel

Warm welcome and attentive service. Peaceful location but within easy reach of the main tourist sites and shopping. Modern but tasteful decor. Characterful - not bland. Nice size.

Bed a bit too short. Sometimes the lift was very slow in getting to the 5th floor.

Loved everything about this hotel definately at superior 4 star almost 5 star hotel - 2 minutes from the Metro, 10 minutes walk from the Eiffel - lots of places to eat close to the hotel.

Would have preferred the breakfast to be included in the price of the accommodation.

Stay was great. Very good location, close to Eiffel Tower and good shopping streets around hotel. Rooms were comfortable and clean and great design/decor.

Ordered room service one night and waited an hour and a half. The hotel has no restaurant on site and orders from a company that is a 40min drive from the hotel. The food was good but an hour and a half wait for room service is unacceptable.

Everything was good!

Hotel was clean, modern & quiet, has energy efficent features. Nice Breakfast room off lobby. Has an elevator.& wireless internet On a quiet street but only 2 short blocks from metro station Tour Malberg Close to lots of restaurants on ruw Amelie, St. Domoinique & St. Cler. We even walked to Eiffel Tower & over the Seine to Champ D'Elysee

Don't take the train from CDG airport to the hotel, if you have heavy luggage as there are some place where there are only stairs & no escalator.

The staff were very very very friendly and always willing to assist with whatever we needed. The location was brilliant, just around the corner from the eiffel tower and only 200m from the metro line which made it very easy to get around. There were also a lot of restaurants in the vicinity with the pedestrian street (with a few nice restaurants) only 100m away. Also had a supermarket and starbucks just down the road for those that want a quick coffee in the morning or want to buy some stuff for the room or the day. The wifi is available in the entire hotel which helps. The hotel also has a bar which is open till 12h30 for a drink after a long day. Overall it was an excellent stay anf the hotel has everything you need. Once again the staff were very accommodating and were brilliant.

The rooms were very spacious, clean and modern.

- Rooms weren't sound proofed (and there was a house party nearby on our first night which kept us awake until 3am) - Airconditioning wasn't enabled (was controlled centrally and due to the time of year it was actually on heating so rooms were very stuffy and we couldn't open the windows due to the noise) - Staff on first night were extremely rude

Location of the hotel is awesome! You can walk almost to all popular tourist places, if you do not like walking that mush there is a metro station 2 min walking from the hotel))))) In addition there are a lot of bars/caffes close to hotel so you can enjoy your meal there. We did not eat at the hotel, so can not say anything aboiut food their)

Though the room is quite small, it's cosy) We liked staying there...

Very very small rooms; toilet seat is very high so that you dangle your feet; not luxurious hotel at all; poor wifi signal in rooms.

The fact that the staff made you feel welcome,gave directions when needed and were helpful in any challenge faced.the rooms were clean,crisp,services were not delayed.the attention to detail given to the room design even as compact as the space was,shows craftsmanship and care for quality. The location to the Eiffel tower which i wanted to visit for some time now with my wife helped immensely. This is a hotel i would recommend to my extended Family and friends to stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect to discover the city.

The soundproof of the hotel is not satisfactory.The hotel is a little bit noisy.

Water closet too small! Barely enoough room to stand up after sitting on the toilet.
