Central location in Obernai with secure parking. Choice of restaurants at the hotel. Food at the Jardin des Remparts was excellent and well priced. Very clean and comfortable room.

Every element was of the best: reception, beautiful comfortable room & bathroom, restaurant, lounge with internet access. Obernai is a jewel and La Cour d'Alsace is in a quiet cul-de-sac a mere 200 m from the principal square. We cannot recommend the hotel too highly.

Beste Lage, zuvorkommende Bedienung, kein Parkplatzgeld, sehr gute Erreichbarkeit zu Fuss und mit dem Auto Essen ist in den umliegenden Restaurants typisch elsässisch und billiger, gut, dass Continental breakfast von Büffet getrennt eingenommen werden kann, aber der Preis dafür erscheint uns zu hoch

Je recommande absolument cet établissement, le personnel est très pro. La chambre magnifique, d'une propreté exemplaire, grande. Tous les accessoires de sdb sont présents. Très calme. Jardin romantique pour prendre l'apéritif avant de diner au restaurant de l'hotel "Les remparts". Restaurant digne d'un étoilé Michelin Nous avons passé un week- end de rêve je recommande vivement cet hôtel et son restaurant.

Accueil très chaleureux. Du personnel aux petits soins. Nous avons eu la possibilité par Booking de commander à l'avance un lit enfant déjà monté à notre arrivée. Un cadre très calme et charme. Une situation idéale dans la petite ville d'Obernai. Par rapport au reste de l'Hôtel, au niveau gastronomique le Restaurant Winstub n'est pas à la hauteur, même si c'est un endroit sympa.

L'accueil, la qualité de service et l'amabilité du personnel souriant et dynamique. Très bon séjour Chaines françaises non disponibles mais des améliorations étaient en cours chaleur trop importante dans la chambre malgré les radiateurs fermés et que les femmes de chambre manipulaient à la hausse après le passage en chambre

L'accueil était chaleureux et le personnel est très aimable. Le petit déj est cher mais il vaut le coup pour celui qui mange du salé au petit déj. L'hôtel est assez cher mais on en a pour son argent. Pour les marchés de noel c'est l'idéal pour un WE.

La réception étant le 1er lieu de contact sur place,l'accueil doit être convivial et professionnel.C'était le cas. Présentation de la chambre ainsi que des différentes modalités pratiques faite de manière claire, précise et dans la bonne humeur. Accès direct au spa est également un atout non négligeable. Pour résumé en un seul mot:merveilleux! Je recommande vivement!

Jolie décoration de Noël. Bon restaurant avec un bon accueil. Salle de bain mal éclairée. Et pas de coton pour le démaquillage. La télévision était obsolète et pas de chaînes sauf la 1,cause invoquée: le passage a la tnt n'avait pas été anticipée!!!!!

Das einzig unangenehme war: der Innenhof , auf den einige Zimmer ausgerichtet sind, wird zusätzlich als Parkplatz genutzt. Der Lärm verursacht durch reisende sehr früh am Morgen war äusserst lästig

Emplacement idéal. Au calme mais seulement à 5 minutes à pied du centre du village. Juste un petit bémol mais qui n'a en rien gâché notre week-end : le déjeuner est quand même un peu cher ! La note finale est bien alourdie.

“The comfort of the hotel and the location. Our beds were great and we slept well. A bonus is the small balcony off the bedroom to watch the passing scene. We sat there to drink beer and relax. “The staff were wonderful, especially Carole, at the front desk who was amazing. We had booked a room for 4 (husband, wife and our two kids) and we got this neat loft/suite, with a small living room downstairs with a double bed under the stairs, a small terrace,, and a huge room upstairs with a king and single beds, flat screen tv, and skylights.
