Slightly noisy from school next door

The friendly, helpful staff. The clean, spacious room, with lots of amenities including expresso coffee maker, bathrobes and a large shower. This was our 3rd stay at the Villa Madame, and we will definitely go back for a 4th sometime in the future.

It's a little on the expensive side, but is in a nice part of Paris, the 6th arrondissement, which explains that in part.

Lovely boutique hotel with beautifully appointed rooms. Very comfortable, very nice bathrooms and nice sized rooms, especially for paris. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Hotel well located in the left bank. Highly recommend this hotel!!!!!

The room smelled of smoke as the previous occupant had smoked in the room, even tho the hotel does not allow smoking. However, the hotel did everything they could to get rid of the odor. Not really their fault.

Great location, really comfortable room and friendly and helpful staff.

I-pod dock didn't work. Being on the side of the hotel next to a local primary school was loud in the mornings.

The service, the quick response on any questions or wish.The nice bed en the clean bathroom.Breakfast in the room was also a delight.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Madame. Beautiful rooms and amenities. The staff was exceptional. I would certainly stay there again and highly recommend others as well.

Convenient luxurious hotel. Nice but small room (it is Paris). Staff well turned out, helpful and courteous if a little stiff.

Excellent service from reception staff (Camille and Eric) who went out of their way to assist us and thereby make our stay in Paris again memorable

Friendly staff, very clean, well located, understands English, elegant and charming, fresh breakfasts, Hermes toiletries, large bathroom with shower and deep tub. Sparkling water and candies left each day, close to Luxembourg park, St Suplice metro and not far from Latin Quarter and Notre Dame. Fresh linens every day. Would return again happily. Like comfortable home away from home. Had executive room # 21. Ample space for St Germaine Area. Sofa and small square table in room. We were also happy with our airport taxi to and from. We would have liked more hot water for morning showers but told they are addressing that. Other than that had a wonderful stay.

The hotel is a little gem. Well located and Sophisticated with great service. We will go back.

There is no porter available so it is a little difficult with big luggage. There are no bath robes provided to use.

The bed and mattress were wonderful. The linens comfortable. I liked the windows in the room as well...tall and wide which was good because of the smallness of the room. This was our first time in Paris and we did not realize the exact location of the hotel. I imagine many hotels are like this. It was not what we had expected. We thought we would be closer to more attractions and to the river. Our mistake... The staff were helpful, pleasant and accomodating.

Our room was quite small and difficult to move around in. We had no room for our suitcases and no comfortable chair in which to sit and read or simply relax in. It was also quite noisy most of the day because of the proximity to the school. We felt cramped even in the reception area which offered very little seating as well. We had minimal space to keep our clothing and had to keep our suitcases in the bathroom our entire visit. I would recommend the hotel but would explain where it was and what to expect.

We really liked our rooms, we booked Executive Rooms that even for Paris standards were big. The bed was dreamy to sleep in after a entire day walking. But we definitely loved the staff the most!

Let me just say that we loved everything at the hotel and strongly reccomended. Just keep in mind when making the reservation that it has just one elevator (not a big issue if you can go up and down the stairs; there´s not that many floors).

I love this little hotel which has everything in such a charming small space.

Beautiful hotel, very tastefully furnished, hi-tech facilities (I especially enjoyed the wi-fi, ipod docking staton and coffee machine), friendly welcome and cleanliness.

I love the special ambience of this uniquely elegant and cozy boutique hotel. Each decorative piece was a surprise and so pleasing to the eye. Our room was beautifully furnished and equipped for comfort as well as convenience. The location is perfect yet located on a quiet small street - an oasis. Recommended to me by Karen Fawcett of Bonjour Paris. Villa Madame is a treasure

Small, well maintained and very attractive hotel in a quiet location only a short walk from the Left Bank and Ile de Cite. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast may seem pricey but is of excellent quality. Nice little courtyard garden in which to relax after sightseeing. We would certainly stay here again.

Our room was really quite small but that said it was very comfortable and well furnished - certainly fine for a short stay.
