The room was very well arranged, with a comfortable chair, plenty of counter space and separate stool room. The room had a fresh, bright and open feel. The balcony looked out over the nearby hills/mountains. The bed was very comfortable. A most enjoyable experience as we were able to walk to the nearby city center.

The hotel is very conveniently situated for exploring Kaysersberg on foot. And Kaysersberg is a convenient place to stay for visiting Colmar and exploring the other lovely Alsatian villages in the area. The room we were given, with a kitchenette and balcony, would be excellent for a longer stay for a couple who do not want to eat all their meals in restaurants.

The room was nice and the hotel is very close to the centre (walking distance 200mt). We didn't stay in the main building and in this there was no reception (you have to cross the road). Free Wifi didn't work all the time

Parking aisé, environnement, situation auprès du centre ville, calme Gentillesse et qualité de l'accueil et du personnel. Chambre avec balcon très agréable et confortable, avec grand écran tv avec réception excellente. Café du petit déjeûner trop léger

Hôtel idéalement situé. Chambre très bien équipée possédant un balcon, très agréable à vivre. Le personnel de la réception d'une compétence et d'une gentillesse à souligner. En conclusion, je recommande vivement cet hôtel et reviendrai avec beaucoup de plaisir à Kaysersberg.

L'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel sont des plus appréciables. La situation géographique de l'hôtel est idéale pour découvrir la route des vins ainsi que les châteaux aux alentours. Les conseils avisés de l'établissement sont un vrai plus. Excellent séjour !

ruhig gelegen, Altstadt zu Fuss rasch erreichbar, genügend Parkplätze Frühstücksbuffet bescheiden / Betten mit Wolldecke und farbigem Bettüberwurf versehen (wie hygienisch?) wir würden Duvet mit wechselbarem Duvetanzug vorziehen.

Accueil tres bien, tres belle chambre,mais le chauffage n'excédait pas 18 degres.Dans la salle de petit déjeuner beaucoup de gens ont mangé en manteau,car il faisait tres froid.Le café était mauvais et le pain était dur,par contre la baguette etait tres bonne.

La position géographique des lieux par rapport aux différents villages de Noël qui se trouvent à très courte distance. La qualité de la literie de la chambre (draps de lits comparables à ceux de mon service militaire). Austérité de la chambre et insonorisation est à revoir. On souligne quand même la politesse du personnel ainsi que l’accueil. Rapport qualité/prix à revoir ??!!
