The hotel is very conveniently situated for exploring Kaysersberg on foot. And Kaysersberg is a convenient place to stay for visiting Colmar and exploring the other lovely Alsatian villages in the area. The room we were given, with a kitchenette and balcony, would be excellent for a longer stay for a couple who do not want to eat all their meals in restaurants.

Friendly staff - quiet and comfortable rooms on Kaysersberg's outskirts. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Rooms in annex are larger but have to walk across the street to the main building for breakfast. Alternative is to have breakfast in the the room.

The room was nice and the hotel is very close to the centre (walking distance 200mt). We didn't stay in the main building and in this there was no reception (you have to cross the road). Free Wifi didn't work all the time

Accueil très agréable Calme dans l'établissemtn proximité du centre ville L'hôtel est composé de deux bâtimetns et cela oblige à sortir et donc à s'habiller pour aller prendre el petit déjeuner.

La position géographique des lieux par rapport aux différents villages de Noël qui se trouvent à très courte distance. La qualité de la literie de la chambre (draps de lits comparables à ceux de mon service militaire). Austérité de la chambre et insonorisation est à revoir. On souligne quand même la politesse du personnel ainsi que l’accueil. Rapport qualité/prix à revoir ??!!

Etablissement très bien situé à 5mn du centre à pied,grand parking privé gratuit.Personnel très professionnel qui soigne l'accueil avec beaucoup d'empathie.Chambre spacieuse très bien équipée et décorée avec gout (notre chambre se trouvait dans le batiment principal) à noter wc séparés et télé grand écran plat, serviettes de qualité.Petit déjeuner varié avec une viennoiserie excellente,pour un prix très correct. En conclusion... Bon rapport qualité prix,une très bonne adresse où nous séjournerons certainement si nous revenons à Kaysersberg.

L'accueil, l'adaptation de la chambre en fonction de votre séjour, l'amabilité. 7€ facturés pour un animal est très élevé. Lits jumeaux (mais dressés en 2 lits 1 place, une parure pour 2 aurait été plus appréciée pour un couple).
